tomlester93 Posted 12 March 2008 Posted 12 March 2008 i really agree with dropping howard. i feel that in the last few matches matty fryatt coming on has lifted every fan from their seats - two goals disallowed vs preston, 88th minute chance vs southampton... he is the one we need to see upfront with dj and hume. he is hard working and will score but has not had 1 chance under holloway. howard has started nearly every game and scored 3... who said 19 lasat year? i think we need to keep oliie though it is the players doing us injustice. derby, sunderland and bir ningham promtoed last year - the captains were kavannagh, oakley and clemence!!! notice anything????? why are we not pushing for promotion??? surely home bankers though vs s****horpe, colchester and sheff wed???? the last goal mwe scored was vs norwich... was the last game i saw. i am city's lucky omen, 100% games this season i've seen, we've won!!!! (only 2 but we'll beat hull because i'm going!!!). if i buy a season ticket, we'll win the league...

Fryatt- Cant score for crap, ok he makes some good runs and gives it a good go, but he just doesnt know where the net is anymore. No way is he the answer Hume- playing him on the wing has ruined the lad! its taken away his confidence and his beleif, he had a fooking awful game against prestoin misssing chace after fooking chance, confidence low and the lad needs a well earned break. DJ- Yes he causes problems for defenders, and he puts the effort in and gives it a good go, but just like fryatt ffs he's forgotten how to make the net Ripple. Hayles- Was never very good tbh, Past it. Cant see him staying in the gamje after this season, not as a player anyway. Howard- The man started off brightley and you cannot fault his record from last season, but we just dont play the right football while hes on the pitch. We did the same to De vreis, he was not a target man he was a player thats needs balls to feet so he can work his magic. Howard's finsheshes were good, but for some reason we just hoof the ball upto him, and then never support him. What is the point in that? he needs to be dropped because we play the wrong football with him on the pitch. The same way England do when Crouch is bought on. All 5 of them have forgotten how to score, confidence is low and they have lost their belief in themselves. I think we need to try some youngsters Who have been scoring regularly for the reserves and know where the net is. I feel sorry for IH the whole team is so low atm, and i dont know how he can change that?
