andyh1884 Posted 29 April 2008 Posted 29 April 2008 Transformers and Scalextric were personal favourites of mine as a young'un, but Lego always featured heavily too. A timeless classic, the never-ending fun of building something new.Not that Technic stuff though, don't get me wrong it was good stuff, it's just that you had to build what was in the instructions. The world was your oyster with a box of the regular stuff though
MC Prussian Posted 29 April 2008 Posted 29 April 2008 LEGO, followed by loads of Hasbro toys, including Transformers and M.A.S.K.
Tabou Posted 29 April 2008 Posted 29 April 2008 Pogs! Especially the jagged, serated metal ones. And you got an A4 ringbinder to keep them in. I cannot believe schools allowed them... And also marbles (I'm 20...). They were a pretty big thing even in the 90's! And everyone owned a furbee/tomigotchi etc. Ahhh, good times.
Daggers Posted 29 April 2008 Author Posted 29 April 2008 You have to love Knex too - anyone of an engineering bent should. I love helping the lad build the Saturn 5 rocket - we've done it three times now and it takes half a day each time. I want to get the rollercoaster...
Jordan Posted 29 April 2008 Posted 29 April 2008 Any type of ball that could be used in any sort of sporting competition.
Joe. Posted 29 April 2008 Posted 29 April 2008 Soon as I saw the thread title I thought Lego. Brilliant.
morris1234 Posted 29 April 2008 Posted 29 April 2008 now it has to be my rubix cube but when i was little i loved lego and scalextric.
lavrentis Posted 29 April 2008 Posted 29 April 2008 Well for me I had boxes and boxes of Knex making this useless junk which I thought at the time was handy.
