Agreed. I've had the feeling for a while now that he's only willing to go for the obvious choices rather than thinking a bit more outside the box. It's not like there are no good managers out there in the lower leagues.

If he's not using people with more knowledge than him in a consultancy role (at the very least, a chimpanzee or a small rock), then he's a fúcking fool as his track record on appointments to date is, well, there for all to see.

this is probably the best post i ever have read on here, i hear pearson has it, think pearson and gregory would do a better job than worthington and wanted souness before holloway got the job. but still the children want to get excited because to them, it well exciting init.
