Tilley Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Am I the only one who wants Pearson? I think he's a good coach but not sure about a manager.
Katy Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 have a look here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graham_Sounes...nagerial_career then and see he left out the good bits then take your tongue out of Cobbo's japsey and look up the facts because it seems you know nothng about souness's managerial history. No can do To be honest mate, I don't rate him (Sour-ness not Cobbo) I don't want him as manager and never will. Ask Newcastle and Blackburn fans what they think of him. He's dour and past it but you carry on living in a dream world
Cobbo Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 have a look here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Graham_Sounes...nagerial_career then and see he left out the good bits then take your tongue out of Cobbo's japsey and look up the facts because it seems you know nothng about souness's managerial history. Bad bits out weigh the good bits somewhat.
Maybes Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 lcfc80 what with all the souness loving? Whats he got to do with our club. The answer is absolutely sweet FA!! He will not come. Lets talk about the future of lcfc not the frigin past.....all this he could have saved us from relegation, so could a lot of other managers(maybe)

Hopefully the announcement does come tomorrow, It's catch 22 really, you want MM to make the right decision but he is taking the piss abit now!
Nationwider Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 Souness has... ...Shown no inclination to manage at such a low level before ...Already been passed over for the job, if he ever was interviewed in the past ...Almost certainly got insane wage demands ...Always gone where there's plenty of cash to fritter away ...An ego the size of Brazil and outspoken tendencies that will make him less than appealing to MM ...Presided over some very questionable transfer deals at various clubs ...been generally disliked by fans wherever he has managed None of these make him worth considering... ... so expect MM to annouce the fecker's joining us on Wednesday.
Bert Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 We've been knocked back by Milan's main candidate. Why would he say, "definitely Monday or Tuesday" and now "by the end of the week" ?? It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work it out.

Ricey Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 After all the talk of McClaren I would be disapointed with Pearson, Gregory or Worthington. Nothing we can do though but sit back and 'enjoy' the Milan Mandaric footballing circus.

lildave3 Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 I tell you what, I do love the new 75:25 lifeline on thats how.
Manwell Pablo Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 I find it so hard to care about who our next manager is, Manadaric just seems to be attracted to big name managers. Not managers who can actually do a job.

Not managers who can actually do a job. Agreed. I've had the feeling for a while now that he's only willing to go for the obvious choices rather than thinking a bit more outside the box. It's not like there are no good managers out there in the lower leagues. If he's not using people with more knowledge than him in a consultancy role (at the very least, a chimpanzee or a small rock), then he's a fúcking fool as his track record on appointments to date is, well, there for all to see.
Guest lcfc80 Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 I find it so hard to care about who our next manager is, Manadaric just seems to be attracted to big name managers. Not managers who can actually do a job. this is probably the best post i ever have read on here, i hear pearson has it, think pearson and gregory would do a better job than worthington and wanted souness before holloway got the job. but still the children want to get excited because to them, it well exciting init. the resources that we have now frank spencer should get us promoted
The People's Hero Posted 16 June 2008 Posted 16 June 2008 It's obvious to everybody that Brian Little is the correct choice. He'd do it for a basic £20k p/a with £5k bonus if promoted. Which, in Milan's world, means he'd be cheap to pay off.
