Dr The Singh Posted 1 August 2008 Posted 1 August 2008 Because it doesn't say it's just for people who have watched it... people like myself who haven't seen it but are interested in peoples thoughts will look in it also. It's a case of internet manners Singh!!! So next time SPOILERS ALERT!!!!! Make me!!! Babs the thread says 'let's discuss' which I did!! The title should have said what's your opinion, that would have been more appropriate!! I thought the thread was about discussing the film, which I did, I will take note and SPOILERS will be added, it would help us bad mannered internet folk if it stated 'for those who have not watched the film as it is a discussion not actually about the film per say but about the the film before we have all seen it'!! PS - To anybody I have offended by giving the shittest part of the plot away/or in my case thank god it happened, I apologise, it's still worth watching knowing what I've told you!!!
Bellend Sebastian Posted 1 August 2008 Posted 1 August 2008 The only thing that really irked me about it is the stupid husky disguised voice Batman uses. It makes him sound like a right tool
Dr The Singh Posted 1 August 2008 Posted 1 August 2008 The only thing that really irked me about it is the stupid husky disguised voice Batman uses. It makes him sound like a right tool And he's got a lisp!!
Alexikokopops Posted 1 August 2008 Posted 1 August 2008 The only thing that really irked me about it is the stupid husky disguised voice Batman uses. It makes him sound like a right tool And he's got a lisp!! Yes!
MC Prussian Posted 1 August 2008 Posted 1 August 2008 Does film running length involve trailers? The Dark Knight runs at 152 minutes, according to imdb.com.
Simi Posted 1 August 2008 Posted 1 August 2008 The Dark Knight runs at 152 minutes, according to imdb.com. Yeah, I got that bit, but I'm confused as to whether that includes the length of the trailers or not.
Samilktray Posted 1 August 2008 Posted 1 August 2008 The only thing that really irked me about it is the stupid husky disguised voice Batman uses. It makes him sound like a right tool What a lame statement.

lildave3 Posted 1 August 2008 Posted 1 August 2008 Boy your in for one hell of an ass whoooooooopinnnn! Wahey!
shen Posted 2 August 2008 Posted 2 August 2008 Great film! He might just become known as Heath Legend (RIP) now. On the bright side, he passed away at the top. I guess my main gripes about the film are the repetitive and sometimes preachy dialogues. It really gives me a feeling of the makers thinking "the audience is too stupid to think for themselves, so we have to explain everything for them. Twice." That annoys me a bit, but the plot, the visual and graphical effects along with the acting made up for it. Considering watching it again in the cinema...
PAULCFC Posted 2 August 2008 Posted 2 August 2008 pictures a bit iffy,started watching this and x files.......but settled for Walleeeeee.which was quite watchable!http://www.free-tv-video-online.info/
Simi Posted 2 August 2008 Posted 2 August 2008 Epic. Really really good film. As said, Ledger was brilliant. Thought the way they used the coin as well was good. Never have I been in a cinema that late.
Bellend Sebastian Posted 2 August 2008 Posted 2 August 2008 What a lame statement. Is it like the husky voice you use?
MC Prussian Posted 2 August 2008 Posted 2 August 2008 The only thing that really irked me about it is the stupid husky disguised voice Batman uses. It makes him sound like a right tool To be honest, that husky voice makes him sound really fly for a dark guy.
BoneHead. Posted 2 August 2008 Posted 2 August 2008 Watched it last night and i was not disappointed...Brilliant film and Ledger is a god
Trav Le Bleu Posted 2 August 2008 Posted 2 August 2008 Does film running length involve trailers? As you no doubt found out the answer is no
Durnerz Posted 2 August 2008 Posted 2 August 2008 Just got back from watching it. Fantastic film and Ledger plays a blinder as the Joker, as does the actor playing Harvey Dent. So many twists and turns in it and the dialogue in between always interests in the build up unlike some movies where it becomes tedious. The only bad point I could find was the Batmobile, looks like a rejected Robot from Robot Wars, Michael Caine as Alfred took some getting used to but it was a refreshing choice. Overall i'd give it a 9/10
