Sadly some people like to use their ethnicity/religion as a weapon against innocent or well meaning people, because they know they'll be believed. It's why you can never simply trust any allegation of anything ever, and why I'm always suspicious of being told that "hate crime" or "hate speech" is on the rise. 

 

I was once in a taxi in Cape Town with some mates after a night out on Long Street. The driver was black, and after constantly ignoring my flatmate's directions to her boyfriend's house out near the townships, she started having a go at him for not listening to her (she's a tiny but very feisty Romanian). So he started shouting back at her and calling her a racist. She was sitting next to her Zimbabwean boyfriend! He called him out on it and the driver spent the rest of the ride in silence. 

 

I abhor racism but this sort of shit just makes things worse.

Yup, put this in the WGMG thread earlier.

 

Rape is still the only violent crime where victim-blaming of this type happens in the majority rather than the minority of cases - not to mention occasional denial that such victim-blaming happens at all.

German couple jailed for selling son to paedophiles on dark net

 

A woman who sold her son to paedophiles on the dark net for sex has been jailed for 12 years and six months by a court in southern Germany.

The Freiburg court also jailed her partner, the boy's stepfather, for 12 years. The boy was nine when the trial began in June.

Berrin T, 48, and Christian L, 39, are both German nationals, living in Staufen near Freiburg.

The dark net is an internet area beyond the reach of mainstream search engines.

On Monday the court jailed a Spanish man for 10 years for sexually abusing the boy repeatedly.

Five other men have also been prosecuted in connection with the abuse.

The couple were found guilty of rape, aggravated sexual assault of children, forced prostitution and distribution of child pornography.

Wouldn't put him in the cvnt category personally. That's one hell of a way to go out, in a blaze of glory. Sounds like he had some quite profound mental health issues and he just 'snapped'. At least he did it with an empty plane unlike the German wings bloke.

I sort of understand what you’re doing here, but tarring that whole religion with the same brush because he’s made a stupid post about another grooming gang sort of defeats the purpose of what you’re getting at here? Assuming you’re trying to say not all Muslims are pedophiles. Which they aren’t.

No, I didn't tar the religion with any brush, and of course, not all Muslims are paedophiles. Anyone assuming that is insane. Those grooming gangs are clearly revealing a huge issue within a specific community, which has been covered elsewhere.

 

My post was to point out the coincidental reporting of a similar crime by the Catholic Church. At no point did I have a go at Catholics. Catholics are the most common victim of the Catholic Church. I was pointing out the clear issue with the Catholic Church as an organisation.

35hrs ago ,I was living in Pakistan,before the troubles...

 

There was a few cases,put up for trial for rape,woman child abuse,and incest with family,each one had their individual ,and various outcomes..

Cases for damages being paid,or not. Some getting off Scott free.Though one of those cases,were 100% correct,6 male friends,accused of

Gang rape...not one of the accused were anywhere in the vicinity,it turned out to be during a 3-4 family fued.Police were actually praised for

their diligence on taking and following up on the friends alibis,though for 2 it was easy,they were doing military service exchange in another country.

 

Another case,was not dissimilar to this English case,..organised criminal sex group praying on young women,and young street kids.

The story interested me,because the daughter of a garage/workshop owner who became a friend,worked on the Pakistani-times.

She was the 2ndary top female journalist on the case...This was her first major case.

 

while guests..

We were fortunate enough,to listen to the family thoughts on Woman's life ( rape/abuse) and general life in Pakistan.

Plus the etiquette and respect expected and more often and not shown to women,on the street and within the family,plus the obvious discrimination.

Anyway the case was convened under public and Sharia law....

 

Though it ran over a few months,the actual court days were minimum.It went national,some corrupt official from the defendants region,tried

to make little of it....locals from the area,soon got on their case and took things into their own hand,where police intervened but very slowly.

They themselves later were thrown out of office,with a couple of them being banned from the region.Later to be called back and charged

with various conspiracies a nd being involved in the criminal sex ring.

 

the original defendant s,were found guilty,with the Sharia-case demanding death penalties. In the end ,from 9 defendants 

Only 2 got life sentences,the rest were sentenced to be executed....

The daughter ,was heralded and won a minor honour,but still had to put up with discrimination.....(not unlike our European girls ..:ermm: )

Her family and friends were proud of her....last I knew of her,she married ,and joined a magazine outlet,still taking on rape cases.

 

like all countries,there is a deep lying hypocrisy towards children ,women and the weak...Europe has no high er pedastal

but the Sinn for justice and protection,changes little.
