It's just as staggering the people on the carriage who just stood there and let her bleed out - I can't get my head round it.

There is a similarity to another famous crime a few years back that blew up america and world wide, with roles reversed, but you just can't go there.

I just think it's the way society has moved forwards, we've transitioned from a community based society to individualist. And many people simply don't care about anyone but themselves. You see it in everything from tragedies like this to how people drive.

They are not comparable. It involved a police officer.

This for me sadly has similarities of the case in Nottingham with the four poor souls who lost their lives cos of some raging maniac.

You can thank Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan for that.

A complete erosion of any collective community power and the active encouragement of individualism. The seeds were sown and that's the world now.

Luckily, we don’t have readily available guns in this country.

Why give that any air time though.

Some people really are stupid.

The met police might take swift action but as we know from Ricky Jones, you just have a jury trial and a not guilty verdict is delivered.

They don’t ‘believe’ in experts - that’s the whole point of the movement

I’m not saying they do - I’m looking forward to actual experts discrediting it

No doubt that they will.

Not sure how much effect it will actually have on policymaking though, but it will at least highlight exactly who is responsible and why once the consequences start becoming apparent.

These people should be spending the rest of their lives behind bars.

The head man should have been doing that for a while now for his actions on January 6th 2021.

Sorry what are you referring to, what consequences?

Autistic kids on any part of the spectrum suffering from even more discrimination, and the lack of trust in even basic medicines resulting in increased incidents of death and suffering.

Sorry, I should have been clearer with that first up.

It will be the parents who will now be blamed if the mother ever took a paracetamol during pregnancy.

Feels bonkers even writing that.

Imagine the number of parents that were blamed/guilt-tripped over their child's autism because they gave their child the MMR vaccine; this will just make the conspiratorial delegitimisation of basic medications, even more mainstream.

Deeply, deeply troubling. Those midterms and his impeachment can't happen soon enough.

Bonkers and troubling are two very apposite words to describe it, yes.
