I think you’ll find that litigation will be more complex hence it’s been put into administration. I’d like to see the payback on litigation vs actual returns, and I doubt we ever will.

More of a problem is the fact there is no money in the company.  Fortunately the courts can and no doubt will look beyond the corporate veil to determine the beneficiaries, and act to recover funds from them.

Unlikely as shareholders in a limited company are generally not liable for company debts, unless fraud or wrongdoing - I'm not a legal expert but they basically said they did deliver the sterile gowns and the government are saying they didn't - either way I cant see them getting back anywhere near £120m and the legal costa around the whole thing will be sky high - some fat cat city lawyers will be earning a nice 7 figure bonus this year.

They supplied the gowns but couldn't supply the necessary paperwork to prove they were sterile. As such, they were rejected by the NHS.

Let’s see if two tier Keir reveals the nationality and ethnicity of this Manchester pr1ck then

The Southport suspect information got released fairly quick.

They’ve said since this year they’ll do it sooner than that example to prevent the riots that followed

Surely that could actually increase the risk of a riot happening, given the widespread protests/flag-raising happening now?

That’s kind of my point. Given the fact it was also at a synagogue. Like it or not it does seem to only point in one direction. Though that is speculation

Why do we need to be so quick to release the name, nationality, ethnicity? People have potentially died so it should be left there until it all comes out when details emerge. People are ready to point the finger or want justification to point the finger.

Ask Keir, not me. I didn’t make the new rule 😂

1. It's never been the Prime Minister's responsibility to reveal details of a suspect in an active incident.

and

2. Wilfully spreading speculation and misinformation in the aftermath of such incidents by the likes of evil ***** like Farage has always been irresponsible and SHOULD come with serious legal consequences.

No, but the new directives came from Downing Street of course.

Because the speculation and misinformation spread by Farage and his cohort of ***** *directly* lead to a week of riots, including random acts of violence, racist attacks, private and public properties being burned down, hundreds of police being injured as well as police horses and dogs, and the attempted mass murder of innocent migrants after incitement from Reform and Conservative members/voters.

2. That’s not happened in this instance.

Because either Farage has grown a conscience or he's been warned about his legal culpability if he was to repeat his actions last summer. I strongly suspect it aint the former.

I’d dearly love the police to come out and say who and what this Cnut was, just in the same way they’d be out saying ‘white British bloke’

That’s the balance required but lacking in this country.

They only release identity details when it’s safe, responsible and won’t prejudice an ongoing investigation. This applies to every case and they adhere to the same legal and operational standards.

There's no "two tier".

I swear sometimes people think Starmer is there sitting on every single criminal case and being judge and jury in one go, across the country lol lol

As if judges themselves don't use their own mitigation and prerogatives to decide on cases with all the info at hand as opposed to what's in the papers (and that works both ways).
