Went to see Muse last night at the Etihad. Managed to get a ticket relitively cheap on Twitter. I've not really been interested in them for quite a long time, but my god they are something else live. My first ever show was Muse in Birmingham when I was 12 and I felt the same excitement seeing them this time. Great show. Nice to see Tom Morello supporting too.

Real guilty pleasure band of mine, Zebrahead, have just announced a tour, London is the closest venue but heard good things about the Electric Ballroom in Campden so should be decent. 

 

Also, taking the Mrs to a pop punk show should be a laugh lol

Would have preferred Twickenham (much better venue/location) but dates didn't work out for us.

Went to Download for the Saturday because I couldn’t not go and see Die Antwoord playing that close to home and bloody hell were they good. I literally have no idea why I like them so much and know I shouldn’t but they are incredible. 

 

Also discovered Royal Republic there who are also belters.

Only recently been getting in to them but unfortunately only saw the last quarter of the set. I would definitely see them again, really like their recent stuff. Tobias Forge is a fantastic frontman.

Yeah I’d love to see them live, I haven’t ever listen to an album of theirs in full but love some songs.

Just got a premium standing ticket for Rammstein at the Ricoh next June, £100+ for standing!! :nigel:

Planning to go to see The Cult in Birmingham in October.

 

Already booked The Amazons in November plusThe Interrupters  and The Dead South in February, all at Rock City

Haha, I can’t do Cov and i’m at a wedding so I might go to Lyon or Hamburg.
