Liam Gallagher is Birmingham last night.

 

encore finished, lights went up, most people out the gaff and he comes back on and says “silly billies” then performs cigarettes and alcohol as a bit of an unplanned treat.

Going to see The Smyths in early December, seen Johnny Marr and Morrissey live individually so this is likely to be as good as it gets for a Smiths experience.

 

I'm also seeing Dido next week, because i'm a cool 90s kid.

Looked at picking up tickets to the Killers concert at the Ricoh, but at over £70quid for a standing ticket I was put off, that's before admin fee and postage come into it. Are tickets normally that expensive?

For bands like that yeah its mega expensive,.especially stadiums.

 

Their first tour would've probably been £20 and probably a better experience but i guess it comes down to how much you want to see them. Not sure I'd pay £70 for anyone.
