It's a blow no doubt about it, but it does create an opportunity for Morrison to get some experience, Don't forget Hobbs probably won't be here next season. Morrison could be a mainstay of our first team next season (and if he's not why did we buy him?).

PS. Is Worley still on our books?

too right, big puffty! sappleton would've ran it off no probs

Sappleton would never have been in the position to get injured.

He must be out for the rest of the season or more.

They would have told us by now if he was only out for a few weeks.

It will be tougher to finish our promotion without Tunch but i think we would still do it.

We aren't many wins short of virtually guranteeing promotion after a great 1st half of the season.

Really its all a ploy.

Tunchev is not injured infact its a story they have made up, to stave away interest from other clubs. If they think he is injured they will not bid, hence us keeping him.

I am going to force myself to believe this.

I am absolutely devastated about Tunchev's injury.

More so, i met a Bulgarian couple at the train station, who noticed their national flag draped round my shoulders who had come to watch Tunchev play.

I am sure Hobbsy and Morri will be solid, but NP may play Edworthy or Powell at full-back to give the back four some experience.

Should have ran it off in my opinion.

Not possible. He's made of steel imported from Uzbekistan, also used by the Soviet Secret Service when designing their spies. It's quite clear he's suffered an electrical mis-fire in his knee joint, this doesn't take too long but he may need to be sent to Sofia for a full service and repair. In exchange, the Bulgarian Centre Defence Institute of Excellence (the BCCIE) are interested in sending over Ivanov 2.1.

You'll probably have to wait a couple of days for the swelling around the knee to go down before they can have a look in there and find out what has gone. At least that's what happened with our player when he did his ligaments.

So we've got to wait four days then :P

Dread. Instilled.

:(

Latest from Filbert Way is that we are trying to get Ulrich Van Gobbell in on emergency loan.

P.S When is Kisnorbo back ;) , what is wrong with him?

yeah, but bigger!

he looks in pain

he could have stubbed his toe and been in pain :P

but, as someone else said, it is often less painful the more severe the damage...apparently.......so...um...it's a good sign that he's in pain :dunno:

The lack of news on the OS is telling in its own right.

The club is in denial, just as it was last season when Porter had a similar injury.

Oh fooking hell. Tunchev's eaten a whole branch of KFC and shrunk three feet hasn't he? Out for 12 months with that.

trust me when i did my knee ligament and ankle ligament it hurt, alot

I think the severity of pain thing stems from the fact that after a few days (to allow swelling decrease) a ruptured ligament would hurt less to walk on than a partially torn ligament.

Of course at the time, either rupturing a ligament or something more minor is going to be rather painful!
