I don't mind shearer, but I will refuse to ever listen to his self-righteous comments on violence in football, considering he shamelessly kicked Lennon in the face, didnt get booked (england captain) and probably still to this day denies it was intentional.

it won't take long for sky sports news to have a camera crew outside the ground to interview some geordie idiot in his shirt banging on about how it'll just be 'greeet for the whole cloob like, we shoood win tha leeeague noaw', before cutting back to the studio so some so-called 'expert' can come out with the same old tired opinions on the club - '50,000 every week' , 'the Geordie Nation' , 'Massive club' , 'Fans deserve better' , etc. - and all the time missing the crucial point in the whole matter, namely that appointing former heroes to the manager's position hardly ever works out in the long run
