For no reason whatsoever I'll stay up till 3am watching Venezuela vs Paraguay in women's handball once every 4 years. On Monday I watched Mens Synchronised Diving followed by Mens Team Gymnastics and I enjoyed both. Shamelessly.

We deserve at least 2 golds by now to be fair....Helen Skelton deserves a gold medal for not wearing any knickers

Hope Fiji win the rugby 7s, love watching them. They've little in the way of tactics, they just throw the ball about and rely on their superiority to dispose of most teams.
