muffin Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 Exactly as I said it would be.Apart from the different result. Dodgy change of tactics for a bit from NP, but all in all a brilliant day at the office. An outstanding TEAM performance. arn't u a smart one
chesterfox Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 http://www.statto.com/football/stats/engla...form-table/fullSorry that Forest get in the way off an almost perfect form picture. Interesting to note where the Baggies are over the last six. I am absurdly excited about next week's game already. uNFORTUNATELY ON THE FULL TRUE TABLE THEY HAVE US IN 3RD BEHIND CARDIFF, SO I'd rather look at the real table!!!! http://www.statto.com/football/stats/engla...true-table/full
Babylon Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 Anyone know if you can download the game from anywhere. I remember a forum that was around a few years ago where you could download sky games, I can't remember it though!!!!!
davieG Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 Anyone know if you can download the game from anywhere. I remember a forum that was around a few years ago where you could download sky games, I can't remember it though!!!!! I've got it downloaded onto my pc I'm going to see if I can put it on a DVD later and assess the quality. If it works I can let people have a copy in return for a Foxestalk donation.
Thracian Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 I have been banging on all season about .... getting some pace either side of the central striker.A big step forward I think. Yes, nice ain't it? City using pace and passing for 90 minutes - it's a throw-back to the days when we were top of the top division. And it's way more than just a step forward? It's a giant leap for Foxesmankind.
Guest Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 Bloody loved it last night, best performance I've seen so far this season from us. QPR were lucky it wasn't a bigger margin in the end. A truly awesome performance from every player with a City shirt on, massively impressive. Well played lads I had to laugh at whoever dived about two rows forward and landed on me and the bloke next to me when the second goal went in Definitely my favourite trip to Loftus Road in god knows how long.
Babylon Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 I swear I slept with a smile on my face last night.
Guest Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 What a game. Apologies to the lads I fell on when we scored. Apologies to Koko for probably giving away the result on account of my bounciness. Brilliant stuff.
Mack Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 I was lucky enough to be at the game. That is the best performance I have seen by far this season. Hats off to Pearson and the players, like a different side compared to Monday, superb!
Lillehamring Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 i have a sneaky feeling we are going to raise are game for this one and sneak it 2-1... my best prediction ever only caught the first 25 minutes, but worth it just for neilsen's sublime cross field ball...lovely stuff. oh, and hands up who wants howard starting again?
Cobbo Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 my best prediction ever only caught the first 25 minutes, but worth it just for neilsen's sublime cross field ball...lovely stuff. oh, and hands up who wants howard starting again? Shame about the awful grammar
Lillehamring Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 Our goals COME ON! FOOOKING COME ON! Waghorn is a leicester fan!
Scow Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 I always felt we could match QPR and even better them. I would be wrong to say I wasn't slightly worried about their attacking options, but overall, we coped well with that and played some good football. Great result and performance. We've shown this season we're a match for any team. Our defence is superb - even Neilson played well. Having Waghorn up alongside Fryatt provides us with a new dimension. We lose the aerial threat, but he's got pace and strength - it's encouraged us to keep the ball down more. I do feel a bit sorry for Howard - unfortunately for him teams have worked him out and it looks like he's fast becoming an impact player this season.
leftsideoverhere Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 I've got it downloaded onto my pc I'm going to see if I can put it on a DVD later and assess the quality. If it works I can let people have a copy in return for a Foxestalk donation. Never mind the quality of the DVD, Davie, it's the quality of the football that counts. Torrent?
skinnydipper Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 That performance has put me in a good mood for the rest of the weekend . Now for Pearson to get manager of the month and to beat the jinx by giving the Baggies a good stuffing
Bert Posted 31 October 2009 Posted 31 October 2009 I love Waghorn. The sheer delight he showed when we scored that the second was brilliant, and he's only on loan!
