Watched a few episodes of The Office - thought it was crap. Really didn’t get the humour at all. Awful.

Wow that’s weird. It takes a while to get in to it to understand the different characters. I certainly wouldn’t judge it on a couple of episodes.

I binge watched them all and thought it was desperately unfunny, each to their own eh.

The few ones I've watched didnt leave me gasping for more.

I watched Gervais' This life(Or whatever it was called?) and just about got a few giggles but nothing else.

Perhaps hes that sort of dark, dreary humour and got mega famous out of being abit drab and funny.

Might be an era thing too as some people think Nish Kumar is funny!!!

Extras and After Life were superb too.

i dont like cringe comedy and thats all it was. but i do like ricky gervais. afterlfe is superb, even going back and watching his movies recenty, have some of the funniest laugh out loud moments in them

The office is world class and mrs browns boys is absolutely ****ing shit. It’s weird cos it seems popular but I’ve never known anyone who doesn’t despise it.

I have to admit that, when I first watched it I had no idea it was a spoof. I genuinely thought it was a documentary about the stupidity of office life.
