He's been there from the beginning hasn't he? Basically from park football to the National League. Started off as co-founder and player and he's now manager and chairman... And they've just been turned over by a team two levels below in the pyramid.

 

He's also known for demanding certain as standards, so not much of a surprise to see him going off on one.

Anyway, he's got a PhD in swearing at people from the school of hard knocks. Doesn't make him footy Einstein. Behaving like that makes him a complete pr1ck.

Apologies. Yeah absolutely, I didn't mean to burst anybody's bubble. I see the parallel 

 

What he's done is undoubtedly impressive. Probably helps that everyone else at the club is on board. But, it wouldn't work at a higher level, and digging his players out like that could end up being his downfall.

If a manager/coach wants to express his disappointment then this is how it's done. Short, straight to the point, without singling out specific players, and without any language worse than "horsesh*t" and "diddly poo"
