Bryn Posted 26 August 2010 Posted 26 August 2010 The man looks devoid of confidence at the moment; low on confidence even by his standards. I think we'd be a good move for him right now, but my feeling is he would need a lot of time and patience. That goal might help
Unknown Fox Posted 31 August 2010 Posted 31 August 2010 According to BBC he is at Newcastle's training ground this morning I have no idea if there is any truth in this or just the expected deadline day banter.
Petchy Posted 23 December 2010 Posted 23 December 2010 Dragging this one back up... http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/l/leicester_city/9306177.stm? Sounds like it would only happen a year or two down the line to me, but who knows!
sdb Posted 23 December 2010 Posted 23 December 2010 He's been one of their best players this season. Nor he or Villa would want it to happen now. If we get to the prem next season, i think it's very possible. If not, he'll end his career here when he's 35 and past it. But i'd still love it!!!! Oh Emile.
Petchy Posted 23 December 2010 Posted 23 December 2010 Yeah I think the same sdb, the only hope we have of getting him this season would be if there was the 'unrest' in the Villa camp that's been documented. But I doubt he's one of those involved, as him and Houllier get on well.
Ric Flair Posted 23 December 2010 Posted 23 December 2010 Heskey and Owen in January, absolute dream.
dannythefox Posted 23 December 2010 Posted 23 December 2010 Heskey and Owen in January, absolute dream. Owen already said months ago he wont play in the championship, if it was possible his heart wouldnt be in it.
Fox92 Posted 23 December 2010 Posted 23 December 2010 Can't see Emile leaving whilst Houllier is the manager.
themotivator Posted 23 December 2010 Posted 23 December 2010 time to come home emile. you know it makes sense. bedner is fooking crap
chavdonk Posted 23 December 2010 Posted 23 December 2010 i quite like bednar but heskey on back of yellow city shirt would suit me lovely
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 23 December 2010 Posted 23 December 2010 i quite like bednar but heskey on back of yellow city shirt would suit me lovely I too like Bednar and of course Heskey. Bednar IMO is not match fit and hasn't become a poor player overnight. He would probably get into the first eleven of any other Championship team bar probably Cardiff - who already have too many good attackers.
renards Posted 23 December 2010 Posted 23 December 2010 Decent chance Said at a Q&A (his first)last week with Claridge that he would love to come back, seemed to mean it,,not just saying what fans wanted to hear

Bednar was rubbished big time by W Brom fans, very few seem to rate him
themotivator Posted 23 December 2010 Posted 23 December 2010 i dont think bednar is total balls, he can obviously play a bit. don't know if he will set our team alight though, plus my westbrom mate thinks he is a donkey/letdown. heskey, is a hero.
Babylon Posted 23 December 2010 Posted 23 December 2010 Bednar was rubbished big time by W Brom fans, very few seem to rate him Rubbish, the forum seemed pretty much agreed he's good in the champ but not good enough for the prem.
Heskey2011 Posted 24 December 2010 Posted 24 December 2010 Emile Heskey is a clown. Seriously? One of the clubs all time best players is a clown?
Jimmy Posted 24 December 2010 Posted 24 December 2010 Seriously? One of the clubs all time best players is a clown? sorry, I love Heskey and would welcome him back with open arms but he's no where near the level of Banks, Shilton, Weller, Stringfellow, Davie Gibson or Lineker, he's not even on Muzzy Izzet's level and he is some way behind the others too
