Albums you haven't listened to for ages but then when you do listen to them you wonder why you didn't listen to them for ages

Tusk - Fleetwood Mac.

Played it last weekend for the first time in ages, marvelling first at the sumptious packaging (vinyl) and then at the ambition of the songs and the beauty of Stevie Nicks' voice. A classic and much better than Rumours.

Dug out some old albums I used to love but haven't heard for years including :

Pearl Jam - Ten

Red Hot Chilli Peppers - Blood Sugar Sex Magik

Faith No More - Angel Dust

Smashing Pumpkins - Siamese Dream

Plus loads more similar stuff from that era, takes me back.

'This Town Ain't Big Enough For Both of Us' is one of my favourite ever songs.

It makes me want to jump over stuff

ooh, i have this on vinyl, thus haven't listed to it in yonks.

as LP covers go, it is right up there, and reminds me of how crap CDs are - it's so glossy, quite a wonderful thing to behold.
