CKB Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 So Michael The Work Geordie and all....LETS GUNK IT UP!!!!!!
MrSpaM Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 Says on the LM website theirs a possibilty of us getting him on a permanent after the loan spell too. Absalute master stroke by Sven if true
surrifox Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 good news by the look of it. Question is will we assemble a larger collection of right backs than Craig Levein managed in his time at the club when we had around six players in that position (Maybury, Stearman et al)? . At last count we have Nielson, Lamey, Naughton and occasionals in Vitor and Morrison so quite possibly.
xplicitmaterial Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u2w9KENvi_U&feature=youtube_gdata_player lets hope he does this for us at the other end
hackneyfox Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 Vitor & Morrison are NOT right backs. Bert Any other signings likely prior to Saturday?

Braunyfox Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 Why do people go on about how many right backs we have, does it matter. Sven didn't aquire them and I am sure he will move some on when the time comes. Fact is we now have a decent one ....
scott_gunnell Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 Would the season tickets holders agree that Sven has seen a weak area in the team following the signing? Being a new fan I dont know your history and I am interested to know
hackneyfox Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 scott Do you just support whoever Sven manages? A Sven groupie?

There is plenty of material out there to learn about our history - try looking on Youtube too!

scott_gunnell Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 scott Do you just support whoever Sven manages? A Sven groupie? I’m a Bournemouth Season ticker holder, my real team was a local semi pro club that went under 2 years ago after being formed in 1939, and my family team is Arsenal. However, I love supporting the team that Sven manages. I admire his leadership style. When he saved the 2002 World Cup for us I was very impressed. Since he left England I found myself wanting to see more of his work as a manager. I manage a team myself and I have always been more interested in the managing side of footy than the playing side, if that makes sense. Yes, a Sven groupie is true I suppose.
scott_gunnell Posted 14 October 2010 Posted 14 October 2010 Will you continue to support Leicester when Sven departs or are you just a glory supporter? There is plenty of material out there to learn about our history - try looking on Youtube too! Truth is, I don’t know if I will carry on supporting Leicester after he goes. It depends on the way the club treat him. I like the Ivory Coast still because the fans where really supportive to the team, the president of the Ivory FA acted like a gentleman, the players responded to Sven’s new way of doing things in a mature way, and the players praised him for his work after he left. So I like to watch the Ivory now after Sven. I wouldn’t call myself a glory supporter because I supported the Ivory Coast during the World Cup whilst Sven was the manager. I think if I had chosen Brazil at the start I could be accused of being a glory supporter. I don’t think Ivory was ever going to get any glory. Even if Sven wasn’t getting a cash injection I would still be supporting Leicester right now. I don’t know if there are many people out there that follow a manager, however I know a few people that follow Beckham team to team. How does that sit with the average Leicester fan .
