Who was the lad on here that's a personal trainer?

Any physios or related on here?

Basically, I've had a shoulder problem for a weeks now; my right shoulder feels stiff when I'm driving, sitting down or when standing and not moving.

It's an uncomfortable feeling and came out of the blue. Would try to avoid seeing physio as some can charge high fees and not be much help from what I've heard.

Out if interest, do you have a fan / aircon on when it's warm?

How much should I be paying to get the tracking done on my car and any tips for places near thurmaston to go to get this done?

Also bought 2 new tyres off the internet & I now need them fitting so same questions as above for that too

I don't think many places do tracking using the old tracking gauges we used to used back in the 90s. Most of them are computerised alignment systems now and can cost upward of £100. I'd go to an old school garage and ask them rather than a true specialist and enquire about tracking gauges - they probably charge an hours labour, possibly less.

As for having tyres fitted, many of the big tyre companies charge a decent amount as you didn't buy their tyres so again, ask at an independent garage rather than a large chain.

Edit: There may be some decent mobile true firms that'll quote you cheap.

Basic tracking and alignment on the front wheels is £25-35 at all the usual sorts of tyre places. The fancy package and doing the back wheels costs more, ofc, but the rears aren't adjustable on most everyday cars anyway.
Usually it'll cost an arm and a leg to get tyres fitted without buying them, best bet is to ring around independents like Len said. At a chain it'd be about £20 a tyre.

I don't mind Mondays as you have the talk of the weekend with your colleagues. Tuesdays are by far the worst days as you are now into your working week with nothing new to talk about.

So FOAD Tuesdays

technically that's theft. and that person who's credit card it is could report it stolen. Card then gets blocked/cancelled straight away.
