cambridgefox Posted 24 February 2011 Posted 24 February 2011 It's probably that insufferable 'interbred' chant why did they sing that,i dont get it,it doesnt even annoy me i just get confused.i might write them a letter and ask them why.Surely a couple in the 1000 they bring can read.can someone tell me if there is a story behind it because i had a mate who lived in Coventry and we went out on the town and i have never ever seen so many unfortunate looking people in my life,and im not just saying that,perhaps it was a bad night,and im from East Anglia so i should know about these things!

My issues with them mean that I will be a nervous wreck on the day and be willing to take a 1-0 win when I meet with fellow sufferers on Saturday. Hoping for so much more though.

I know, it makes no sense. But would we expect any less from them. My Mum pointed out that they're known for being inbred not us. Coventry fans are laughable. I love how Cov think us and Villa are like massive rivalries whereas they're barely on either of our radars.

That's like us only selling a similar amount for Forest away; Good Friday, live on TV and £30 tickets would be a poor excuse but on a Saturday at 3pm? We'd be a bloody laughing stock. I don't expect them to sell out, they rarely do so far as I'm aware, but anything less than about 2000 fans would be an embarrassment even for Coventry.

Hardly anybody is coming because no-one cares about the leicester game, our derby games that MATTER to us are Birmingham ( took 6500 there last month and could have been more) and Villa...its just unfortunate that we are no where near good enough to get to play in these derby games anymore! Cov are always the same too, great start to the season, shit for the rest, Season after season. Should have gone down instead of us, and I really hope they do soon, as they deserve to.
