crisp monster Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 2-0 to us - yak and gally Home wins for millllll and the trees pleeese
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 2-0 to us - yak and gally Home wins for millllll and the trees pleeese find it hard to ever want the red scum to win so draw will do
Craig Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 find it hard to ever want the red scum to win so draw will do Who gives a shit? I want to get as close to those playoffs as possible. 4 point gap and Forest win > 5 point gap and draw.
Matt Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 Leicester 1 - 2 Burnley. Playoffs can finally be put to bed, after all the weeks of thinking it's over but then given chances by other teams fucking up. Hope Forest win and (Obviously) we win though.
OriginalRobboFOX Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 For the people putting Waghorn on the bench.... He's out for the rest of the season...
lestajigs Posted 7 April 2011 Posted 7 April 2011 City 2. Burnley 1 Forest 1 reading 0 Millwall 1 Leeds 1
Number 6 Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 3-1 to us. A return to form. Goald from Gally and King (2).
thybluefox Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 I predict now our promotion hopes are pretty much over, we'll start winning.
Simmo86 Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 Not going tomorrow so we'll probably win. 3-1 Yak, Kamara, King Forest to beat Reading aswell!
surrifox Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 a visit from Burnley or a trip to their place is as welcome and appealing as a bout of amoebic dysentry. I enjoyed it when they were in the prem as a bit of respite so 2-1 them with the winner coming 90+3
artursteppe Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 I can't remember how long I've been saying we can't play Gally and King together, unless Gally were chosen as one of an attacking duo, which ain't gonna happen. Sven has now got on board with that. They will not play together against Burnley - I hope. Depending on Naughton's fitness the team will be:- Weale or Ricardo ( From ) Naughton, Vitor, Bamba, Mee, PVA. Abe Wellens Gallagher Vassell Yukubu Kamara
Bugg Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 Is Van Aanholt fit enough to come back? He played against Middlesbrough so pretty likely.
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 Naughton a doubt for the game http://www.thebluearmy.co.uk/news/Leicester-City-defender-Kyle-Naughton-doubt-Burnley-clash/article-3424645-detail/article.html Maybe Vitor at RB then and Mee in the middle with Bamba.
Wymsey Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 I would love Bamba to have a great game considering he has worries over his family in the Ivory Coast due to the fighting there. (If he does play of course)
Bugg Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 I would love Bamba to have a great game considering he has worries over his family in the Ivory Coast due to the fighting there. (If he does play of course) You realise he was born and raised in France? I doubt he has any family in the Ivory Coast.
Leicester Lass Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 You realise he was born and raised in France? I doubt he has any family in the Ivory Coast. Do you pay any attention to anything? Sven-Goran Eriksson has hailed the professionalism of defender Sol Bamba who has played on for Leicester City despite fears for his family's safety in the Ivory Coast. The Ivorian international has put the violent civil unrest in his homeland to one side to focus on City's promotion challenge, but Eriksson admits it must weigh heavy on the usually jovial centre-back. Bamba's wife and children are not in the country, but the rest of his family are still in the capital and they may have to be evacuated if the situation worsens. More than 1,000 are believed to have already died as civil war has broken out between presidential challenger Alassane Outtara and incumbent president Laurent Gbagbo. Eriksson is no stranger to such issues as, only last month, Japanese midfielder Yuki Abe had to deal with the aftermath of the earthquake and tsunami that devastated his country. Luckily, his family were safe. When he was manager of Lazio, Eriksson had Serbians midfielder Dejan Stankovic and defender Siniša Mihajlovic in his squad during the Yugoslav Wars. "I speak to Sol every day about it," said Eriksson, who also managed Ivory Coast during the World Cup in South Africa. "He has part of his family, not his wife or children, still living in the capital. He doesn't know if he is going to bring them here or not. "It can't be easy. I have been in that country and they are nice people. I read there were 1,000 dead. It is awful. "It is the same with Yuki. It was not war, but it was terrible. It must be in their heads. "I had the same problem with Stankovic and Mihajlovic when there was trouble in Serbia and Croatia. "I think there was a lot of bombing and they had their families there. "They went on playing but, of course, it is difficult. "Sol will have our full support."
Wymsey Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 That's where i got the information from regarding his family. I'm glad to think i'm right for once.
Bugg Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 No, I haven't read it. I'll check the OS or whatever the source you haven't added a link to every minute now.
MikeyT Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 SSN Team news ahead of Saturday's Championship clash between Leicester City and Burnley at the Walkers Stadium. Jeffrey Bruma will be absent through suspension for Leicester. The on-loan Chelsea centre-half was sent off during the 3-3 draw against Middlesbrough last weekend and must serve a one-match ban. Fellow defender Kyle Naughton is a doubt due to illness but boss Sven-Goran Eriksson is hopeful he will train on Friday. However, Ben Mee could ease any defensive worries as he is fit again after missing out at the Riverside with a knock. Striker Martyn Waghorn was this week ruled out for the remainder of the season after suffering a hamstring strain in training. Eriksson has options should he wish to make changes, with top scorer Andy King, fellow midfielders Yuki Abe and Lloyd Dyer, defender Miguel Vitor and striker Steve Howard all available for recalls. Burnley boss Eddie Howe is set to be without Jack Cork. The on-loan Chelsea midfielder, 21, returned to Stamford Bridge to undergo medical tests after suffering heart palpitations while on England Under-21 duty last Monday. Cork subsequently missed last Saturday's 2-1 home defeat to Ipswich and is set to miss out again, although Howe is hopeful that he will be available for the trip to Nottingham Forest on Tuesday. Strikers Charlie Austin, Steven Thompson and Martin Paterson, along with midfielder Chris McCann, remain sidelined through injury. Howe's men have lost three of their last four games and goalkeeper Brian Jensen is pushing for a recall at the expense of Lee Grant, but left-back Danny Fox is suspended.
MC Prussian Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 With Burnley missing a lot of key figures in their squad either due to injury or match bans, we stand a chance. Believe.
Dan Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 Weale Naughton - Bamba - Mee - BernerAbeWellens - KingKamara - Yakubu - Gallagher Fvck me, selection headache, I'm struggling to leave out any of Abe, King, Wellens, Gallagher, Kamara, Yakubu and Vassell, but went for Vassell.
ScouseFox Posted 8 April 2011 Posted 8 April 2011 Weale Vitor - Bamba - Mee - PVAAbe - Wellens - KingVassell - Yak - Kamara We scored 3 last week, so I'm going with the same front three. By all accounts Gallagher in midfield was shocking, and Oakley wasn't too great either, so go back to the Wellens-Abe-King. Bruma suspended and Naughton struggling to be fit means Vitor HAS to play right back, so presumably Mee will partner Bamba.
