Weale beaten again by a long range shot and the Yak has a pop at his detractors.

Season Officially over, thank-fuck.

Wasn't really bothered today, or for the last few weeks, our season has been over (Not officially) for weeks and i've just not been able to get up and be excited for games.

Hopefully we'll have an upbeat end to the season with a good win next week but really just looking forward to the merry go round during the summer and want next season to start now.

New (Decent) Keeper number 1 priority in the summer though.

A strike ratio of 1 in 2 is not enough he's too lazehh. Send all the loan players back they contribute nothing.

Typical nothing game. No-one seemed up for it. Bruma was perhaps our standout player. Vassell put in a decent shift too.

We still should've won to be fair. Weale beaten from range again added to two more clangers.

Meh.

We didn't look arsed at all, everyone was a bit lethargic, misplaced passes, poor control, lapses in concentration. Probably just edged it because they weren't very good.

Nice goal from us, although itd be overplaying if we'd missed, 3 players turned down opportunities to shoot.

A nice win next week, then let the fun begin :D

Disappointing end to the season after the massive hope we had when we were knocking on the door for 6th place not long ago. I was hoping it went down to the last day but never mind.

I suppose I better take my 'Yes It Can' video down off Youtoob. Gutted.

Also, so many people sat down, not sure why? We've been 100% stood everywhere for about 4 months, yet only the back row were stood in some sections today.

And what was kicking off at half time? Fighting between our own fans? Or fighting with the coppers?

We need to turn this games we seem to dominate from draws into wins next season. Defensive solidity across the back four as well as the keeper and more ruthlessness with chances please. A bit of a nothing game though with absolutely nothing riding on it, closest thing to a friendly before the summer. It'd be good to round off a pretty mediocre season next week with a win and start building for the immediate future a week on Monday. I'm sure Sven has his eyes on what we're going to need next season to take us in the right direction.

Both, I think.

Boring game that wasn't really worth going to but oh well. Nobody really had an amazing game. Yakubu was shit but managed to score somehow. Just a nothing game really, not much to talk about.

A terrible advertisement for football. Two lacklustre teams edging out a thrilling 1-1 draw. Not.

We had more chances in the first half, but again, just like many other times this season, failed to capitalize.

What bugged me most was that we ran into offside way too often once again at the beginning of the game and that the midfield let everyone down.

King and Wellens have run themselves ragged over the course of this long season and they've both gone downhill quite a bit in the past few weeks.

King oftentimes just jogs along, without any impact on the game whatsoever. Wellens used to be more precise with his passing.

We needed this slap-in-the-face, Donnie's goal. For long spells during the game, we had a terrible way of dealing with chances.

This was the wake-up call.

Well, that's what I hoped for.

Instead, for the next 20 to 25 minutes, up until Howard came on, we were absolutely abysmal, letting Doncaster control most of the game, no effort getting the ball back, we were second to almost every single one-on-one situation.

Enter Kamara, who works for two, and who has proven to inject the game with much-needed energy.

Yakubu was utterly disappointing up front. The goal should not deflect from the fact that he just was his usual lazy self.

A couple of nerve-racking moments from Weale again - but why his defenders are still passing balls back to him...

Oh well, you never know where Weale will end up this summer, so...

In fact, the whole team performance was a huge letdown and frustrating to watch.

We just play really, really bad away from the Walkers - why that is, someone please explain to me.

It's as if they just switch off as soon as they get onto the coach.

There was no teamplay, hardly any workrate (Vassell did a great job, though) and no cohesion.

Signs of a team slowly, but steadily dissolving, evaporating into the holiday season.

Here's to Leicester putting on a show next weekend. After all these terrible displays on the road, I expect nothing less.

I'm genuinely losing all respect for people moaning about Yakubu doing nothing but score goals. Seriously, it's like they'd rather have Hume back just so we had a work-horse up top.

Yak has 10 goals in 19 league appearances. A few of those 19 appearances have been in a completely awful team where nobody has looked good - that's at least 10 players aside from Yakubu.

It's a quality strike rate and we'd do well to replace it when it's gone. The guy literally can't win.

Very disappointing game really, should have been two ro three up before they scored.

Yakubu was very lazy and poor. He may have scored, but thats all he did.

On to next season now.

I'm a little disappointed with today.

It might have been end of season but I went hoping for at least some kind of display and quite possibly a victory but we were very lacklustre throughout against a team who we could've -and indeed did at the walkers- thrashed.

Defence was all pretty solid but we offered little going forward, Vassell was the only player to really come out of this shining.

Just want next season to get here already!

The standing was better today than it was at Reading & Middlesbrough, easily.
