Unless the undercard is outstandingly good, PPV could really struggle.

The pubs could be busy though.

Nah it’ll sell I reckon, the build up will sell it.

Boxing is it's own worst enemy, Brook vs Khan 5 years too late, Pacman vs Floyd was 5/7 years too late. So many fighters are more interested in padding out records and ducking big fights in their primes were subject to lesser quality fights and the fans suffer.

To be fair to them I don’t think you can accuse either of them of ducking big fights.  Between them in those five years they’ve been in with Golovkin Canelo Spence and Crawford twice,

Don't know if anyone went to the Tony Bellew event at the Morningside Arena today? Top lad, very down to earth

Nice to hear that. I regularly use a well known boxing forum & Bellew gets an unbelievable amount of negative comments. I always think he comes across well & seems a likeable fella.
Maybe Pablo knows more ?

It’s because he’s an Eddie Hearn suck up and a massive biased match room cheerleader predominantly.

I don’t mind him personally, certainly got dealt the right cards at exactly the right time in his boxing career but you can’t fault a bloke for that.

Boxing News 24 is ok. Always get controversial views on any forum. Everyone has a view, some get liked, some keep the thread going !

I think it's American based, plenty of British posters on there & other nationalities. Will have a look at the one you mentioned. 👍

Anyone seen much of Dennis McCann?

supposedly quite good.

Yeah he’s a good prospect, good to watch likes to throw. He’s on BT tonight. Imagine he will get a stoppage win.

boxing news 24 is dreadful, every thread descends into a slagging match.

He hasn’t fought anyone good yet and probably won’t for a few years, just a kid really.

Fury Vs Whyte ordered by the WBC then.

At this stage, I prefer to see this fight, rather than Fury Vs Joshua.

Eh. If Fury takes it seriously it'll be distinctly one sided. He might have a bit more actual boxing skill than Wilder but he's nowhere near Fury and doesn't have the terrifying power Wilder did, nor the reach.

It'll only be much of a contest if Fury falls back off the mental health wagon and dosses about without caring.

Will still be good to see two quality British Heavyweights fight each other. Feels like it's been forever.
