Jimbo Posted 27 July 2011 Posted 27 July 2011 Sven has said that he wants 2 players for each position, so I can't see whats wrong with having both Fernandes and Johnson Forgetting Oakley that means we could have Abe/Fernandes Wellen/Johnson King/Danns In Defence we have Koncesky/Berner Peltier/Panstil Mills/St Ledger/Bamba/Tunchev Up Front Gallagher/Nugent/Vassell/Howard/Townsend (assuming he may be coming too) and hopefully Maynard

Michael Johnsson is technical and he is creative. Gelson Fernandes is more like a machine with great engine with a high workrate.

Would be happy with this and hopefully Sven can get him back on track, seems to have put on weight but hopefully we can get that problem sorted. But still not keen on all these central midfielders, Johnson has potential and would be a good capture on a loan deal but Yuki might be pushed out
