SaM 12 Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 I live in brighton and i got offered a bet by my Brighton fan workmate he offered me 3/1 for us to finish above them just before Forest game. Looks a great bet i had £50 with him! money should be yours mate! you can spend it on a ticket to wembley!
Mark_w Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 Normally I'd say we don't stand a chance, but Pearson has always done brilliantly in the last 5 games of the season for us. League One - 4 wins, 1 draw. Championship - 5 wins. Must not believe... too painfull...
Mack Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 Oh joy.. Great win and Ross rings the moan in to winge about Bamba
MarkHowieLCFC Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 Our solid goal difference could be the key to us getting into the playoffs...we owe millwall a 3 nil drubbing and up goes our goal difference even more
coatsworthstache Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 I think Brighton play Reading, followed by West Ham, so potential to drop points there. Without wanting to sound like a random cliche generator, if we just look after our own results and forget everyone else, take each games as it comes. 12 points still to get etc etc etc. We're all just letting ourselves believe a little bit....... If we do sneak in having won the last 6 in a row, then no-one would fancy us in the play-offs. Nice to turn over Ipswich after that (yellow) snow farce last season.
wattolcfc Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 3 points is not much when four games are still to be played especially if you have better GD Agreed, 3 points is basically 2 points with a better goal difference!
Northants Fox 3 Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 Fantastic result today, I'm believing again COME ON YOU BLUES :chant: :chant: :chant: :scarf: :scarf: :scarf:
Jace Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 Is it safe to loan out Matt Mills to Leeds yet? Mathematically possible we could be in the top 6 on Saturday, that has got to be enough to fire up our players. Perfect team to set the record straight against Millwall after what happened with Sven earlier in the season
MarkHowieLCFC Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 You know what I fricking love this league...it's the best league in the world I reckon...premiership would be nice but apart from the top 6 the rest are no better than us and defo not as entertaining playing for a place mid table...
Guest ttfn Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 Today was a pretty poor game between 2 poor teams for 75 minutes. But for the first 15 minutes of the second half we were as good as we have been since February last year.
Tom17LCFC Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 As long as Brighton don't beat Reading it's well and truly on!! All of a sudden I am absolutely buzzing!
Happy Fox Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 Whatever happens regardless of whether we make the playoffs or not, this season has been one to forget and one to remember, next season if we keep NP we will get promotion provided we keep the nucleus of our squad, we are just lacking a winger, defensive midfielder and a target man and we should be challenging for automatic promotion imo.

Fifties Blue Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 The only two teams to let me down were Cardiff and Boro on my accumulator. So happy they did now! Come on lads, see this through Ask me who had Blackpool, Cardiff and Ipswich in an accy - and by the way has anyone sent Matty Fryatt a thank you tweet?
yorkie1999 Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 I think the end of this season will come down to fitness and strength in depth in the squad. Ipswich were all over us in the first half but seemed to fade in the second half. Too many games in too short a period but it could play into our hands. Hopefully millwall are going to be knackered on Saturday and we can field a strong side
smallpauldj Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 Great result today looking at fixtures my guess is this time sat we will be 7th still 3 points off Cardiff altho ive not looked who Blackpool have to play.
Finnegan Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 Technically I think ours look easier than those around us. And therein lies the problem.
Foxhateram Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 Good professional performance again. We are looking like a NP side again. Team spirit and fight, with sheer grit and determination. Come on.
Brown Fox Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 Saturday will be huge. Us, Cardiff, Boro and Brighton all have an away game. Buzzing.
Out Foxed Posted 9 April 2012 Posted 9 April 2012 You know what I fricking love this league...it's the best league in the world I reckon... i agree
