When twitter didn't exist and we weren't linked with all and sundry and all we had for official transfer news, without listening to RL, was somebody on Central News like Bob Hall and Phil Mepham saying "And finally, Leicester City have completed a £10,000 fee for Burton Albion striker Paul Groves....... Bob (Warman)" - as he hands back to Bob Warman. At least we knew it was all signed, sealed and delivered then.
