I've been told by a journalist up there, that Gallagher is training with Blackburn. He still lives near there - and when his family tragedy happened, Pearson was happy for him to train with them on weekdays. However, the fact that he's training at Blackburn in pre-season, might be significant!

Steve Reid apparently hasn't reported back there for pre-season yet - but wasn't he with the Ireland Euro squad, so no surprise? Id expect him to start doing something this year and providing Gyan leaves and Bendtner doesnt retuen he'll get a chance. I dont think he needs loaning put Yep agree with that, still young! Hasn't played enough first team football...still chance to come good and hopefully we can help him along the way

If O'Neill did say he wanted him to go on loan, and we have bid, please Martin let Leicester have him! Maybe Gallagher is on his way back to Blackburn?

Still, that makes it intriguing doesn't it - Reid at the Albion (recovering from ankle ligament damage - before renewing his contract, apparently) and Gallagher tweeting that he's looking forward to Reid, "being back in" to, "ping the ball across"?! Gallagher training at Blackburn, wanting Reid 'back in' - implies to me, that Reid's going back to Blackburn. Not actual City news I know, but still - and there remains the question of Gallagher pre-season training at Blackburn!

He's also been talking to Vardy on twitter about pre-season. I think people are just reading too much into his tweet to Reid.

Dan Posted 3 July 2012 Posted 3 July 2012 I'd snap him up, he's quality and seems to constantly get overlooked by managers when he never does anything but perform well. He'd be a great signing. He's stupidly under-rated. As for James Morrison :: I read stats wise he was in the top 5 midfielders in Europe last year.
