He's 19, younger than Schlupp who has scored 8. Schlupp went to Brentford on loan and Wickham moved to Sunderland for £12m yet people rim Schlupp. Mark my words, Wickham will be big.

Words marked, boss.

Why does this always happen in this thread ?

What? Discussing the players linked with us?

Just havent seen any 'Twitter Links', just the regular mentalists lobbing sh** at eachother again

Its not like this is a forum

Fair does though, theres F all going on on Twitter atm, just Liam Moore saying they'll definitely be fit after all the fitness training they're enduring

Was only commenting because this thread has been closed before for the same thing, and loads of others were saying the same thing

The thread expands to fill the space available. Since there is fook all in the way of real football news to discuss, the space is filled with arguments and quantum theory.

Think of it like this, the future of our team exists as a quantum probability wavefront expanding into the future of space time. At this moment all the possible futures exist at various point on that wavefront as quantum probabilities, yes, even the one where we sign the entire Spanish midfield and fail to gain promotion...... ;)

As time progresses, various events occur that start the progressive collapse of the wavefront, for example, James Chester signs for West ham, so all our possible futures with him at the heart of our defence collapse. With me so far, good.....

As more and more events occur as we get closer to the start of the season (the event horizon) the probability wavefront continues to collapse to the point it becomes a single reality (particle). This should occur at 3.00 pm on saturday 18th August......

Beware though, there are some who suggest that this event will take place several days earlier in the west country, this is wrong as the event takes place in a separate reality (the League cup) and has no effect on the primary reality (The Championship)

Now the interaction of that event with the reality of space time will itself generate myriads of quantum probability wavefronts, such as 'will Andy King actually become visible' or 'will Ritchie Wellens ever break into a run' or more mundanely 'do we look good enough to challenge for promotion'.

Cheers marbella, I was struggling to understand this thread, but now you've explained it's as clear as day. (Bit early to be on the beer isnt it?)

I'm long past being enthused by any of his attempts to whip up a frenzy, all too often he seems to be out of the loop. I assume all will be revealed in the sports section of tomorrows RL breakfast show :glare:

I think John Percy is the best source for our transfers on twitter, whenever he mentions something about us, its always right.

No point linking to other sources.

probably something to do with this

Ian Stringer@StringerSport

Matt Mills has just given me details of his 'falling out' with Nigel Pearson. His only in-depth interview on the matter. 104.9fm 6pm tonight

The key part being the ' and ' around falling out... ie. he'll say there was no falling out.

No problem.....

Not on the beer though, you can usually tell if I have been drinking as the posts usually contain interesting references to ladies handbags, of the large and expensive kind.

Should be interesting, if only for what is not said...... :dunno:

I'm sure this'll be as earth shattering as the bombs dropped when he interviewed NP on why he left for Hull. Scintillating.
