upthefoxes Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 Sky Sports understands Leicester have made a bid for Hull's Robert Koren. #hcafc #lcfc Pete O'Rourke @SkySportsPeteO
Ricey Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 Good player and we need creativity in the middle, but he isn't far off his 32nd birthday.
Petchy Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 Very interesting seeing as Hull are in a bit of a mess. Would be quite happy with this if it was accepted etc.
upthefoxes Posted 1 May 2012 Author Posted 1 May 2012 lets not forget hull only finished one place and 2 points ahead of us. we dont want too many of there players, just chester koren and stewart i think
Simo86 Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 Isn't Koren out of contract? Would be a good signing on a free
Babylon Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 Always been a very good player, were linked with him under NP first time he was here. Has always been key for hull when he played for them.
Simo86 Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 Great, more old people Konch, Wellens and Weale are the only players over 30. The only other player is Vassell who's contract runs out in June and is yet to be offered a new one
MattyFromLE Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 Great, more old people With age comes experience mate, we can't have a team full of 20 year olds.
HEGGSY Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 At least if we sign him, it will stop the fvcker scoring against us
Heart-Shaped Fox Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 At leat if we sign him, it will stop the fvcker scoring against us Was gonna say that!
Simo86 Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 At least if we sign him, it will stop the fvcker scoring against us It's what everyone is thinking Heggsy
Babylon Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 Him and Wellens will never be able to play every game anymore, but could be useful being rotated when needed. Keeping them both fresh and getting the best out of the pair.
Bert Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 Always been a very good player, were linked with him under NP first time he was here. Has always been key for hull when he played for them. It was more than a link. We missed out on him, an offer was made.
Babylon Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 It was more than a link. We missed out on him, an offer was made. Yes, but they both went to Hull even though Sousa was still interested.
AyewJoking Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 Good player and we need creativity in the middle, but he isn't far off his 32nd birthday. A bit contradictive. Do you want him or not?
MikeyT Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 I'd certainly take him. Very good player. Bit of creative flare in midfield, and has an eye for goal...as we all know!
LcFc_Smiv Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 A bit contradictive. Do you want him or not? I think he means he's a good player but with him getting on how long will it last for?
ealingfox Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 Been calling for RK for a while now. Might be 31 but thats still at least 2 good seasons.
Simo86 Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 "On 13 August 2010, he joined Hull City on a free transfer. He signed a two-year contract, with an option of a third year." If his deal hasn't been extended by the club or him depending on the clause we won't have to pay anything for him. I can't find anything about him/them taking up the third year option.
LcFc_Smiv Posted 1 May 2012 Posted 1 May 2012 He won Hulls player of the season, the bid is likely to be accepted for the obvious reasons. Still throwing our money about more than is needed =/ It doesn't mention a fee?

Can find an article from december saying Hull want talks with him about extending, but nothing about him signing.
