Going to check out season 2 of Daredevil born again tonight. Anyone watched?

Yeah I'm almost caught up but acting and action is brilliant, like watching the Netflix show again....but the story hasn't been that enthralling thus far!

The last three episodes of Invincible have been epic. No spoilers but all set up for the series finale 🤩

Brilliant season this one isn't it? Thragg is some foe!

Probably for those of a certain age but 70 Up will be shown later this year. Perhaps you will remember 7 Up and the shows made every 7 years following the fortunes of the children from differing backgrounds. Absolutely fascinating tv.

New Adrian Mole series coming to the BBC.

Hope it's set in Leicester and the characters actually have Leicester accents. Pretty sure the 1980s series had them all talking like Brummies.

It is and they will have Leicester accents. My daughter auditioned for a part (but didn’t get it) and one of the requirements was that you needed to be from Leicester.

I guess this was the last episode of 'The Pitt' for the second season.

I enjoyed it, but not as much as I did with season one.

Still enjoying 'Scrubs'.

Been watching 'The Leftovers' and really enjoying it. There is 3 seasons and I'd never heard it talked about at all.

Going to check out 'Margo's Got Money Troubles' on Apple with Elle Fanning, Michelle Pfeiffer, Nicole Kidman and Nick Offerman on Apple TV.

Ah, that's good to hear!

Sorry your daughter didn't get the part, though.

Currently watching My Wife , My Abuser on channel 5.

It's shocking and totally awful what this fella went through. It even made police officers cry.

I just sat totally stunned at what his downright evil wife did to him over 20 years, even in front of their young children.

Incredibly powerful and moving documentary.

Thought they might have ended the series with the death a few years ago of producer Michael Apted   It’s marvellous iconic television to follow people’s lives, for such a long period of time and I look forward to this latest instalment.

Marshall’s (Yellowstone) 8nt all that.

Not really sure where the storyline is taking us or even if there is a storyline to take tbh.
Currently it’s chat about nothing over a beer then out on a quick shoot’ em up then back for beer & repeat 3 times per episode, or am I not getting something?

S2 of 'At home with the Fury's' on Netflix is a funny watch.

I've been critical of Tyson previously but now I understand more about his MH struggles, the more his behaviour makes sense.

And I've no idea how his wife manages with eight kids and putting up with him - she's bloody superwoman.

That im a celeb final was certainly interesting, itv made there mind up who was going to win that some time ago. As Jimmy and some of the other celebs pointing out Adam abuse and behaviour was unacceptable and ITV took the decision not air some of it.. showcasing him being the victim. Ant n Dec bugged me during them moments when they were trying squash the intimidating side of Adam. Even though three celebs said it was intimidation.

When he was crowned as winner a lot of the celebs looked less than impressed.

This is why i stopped watching show.. itv editing it to make some celebs appear more than others and make some celebs look bad.

Loved the Scrubs season finale

Scrubs needed to be longer. It’s astounding how they managed to make it feel the same as the original seasons before it turned crap.

Malcolm in the Middle reboot wasn’t quite as good as Scrubs, but I also would have liked more than 4 episodes. It ended as soon as it got going.

You haven’t seen Into the Spiderverse then?

Nope. Couldn't get into the Marvel/DC superhero universe at all in the past few years.

My Spider-Man experience ended with the third Raimi movie.

It’s probably the best Spider-Man movie. Don’t be put off by it being animated, it’s a really good film with a lot of depth.

I also am not a huge DC/Marvel fan.

I echo this, ive watched most Marvel films and series, my Mrs wasn't interested when I suggested going to see the first one. Something along the lines of "we're watching a f***ing cartoon" but she loved it. The soundtracks across both films are spot on as well.

The first one is exceptional. The sequel was a bit average, but I think the third has potential to be the best one.

Yeh I loved the first but didn't rate the second. Over 2h 20m and To Be Continued at the end! Felt it was too obsessed with the whole meta multiverse side of things and not enough just Spider-Man being Spider-Man.

Slow start but the last cpl of episodes have been much better. I think you have to separate it from Yellowstone which is one of the best TV series ever, it's a hard act to follow. Ash Santos is worth watching
