Happy Fox Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 That is both QPR and Reading officially relegated then.
AKCJ Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 Its been a decent ending. Its like they both thought "oh shit, we're about to get relegated".
Super_horns Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 True, at least Watford might try and play some nice stuff and could be a bit of a surprise package with Zola etc. We'd probably be no better either but this is just painful to watch, much like 95% of both QPR and Reading's seasons. Maybe but we won't have as much of the ball and certainly would have to defend so much better. I am confident though if any of us went up we won't be reckless in our spending like QPR have been but probably try to sign more quality than Reading have.
AKCJ Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 Bosingwa is a ****ing tit. As soon as the whistle went he just went straight down the tunnel having a laugh and joke. I'd be ****ing livid if I were a QPR fan. Where does this leave QPR now?! In the shit.
RowlattsFox Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 I know relegation was expected but there's seems to be too many players smiling, not really looking bothered.
Corky Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 It's like they tried to prove how bad they've been all season in that 90 minutes.
Amin Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 Is it me, or does no one seem to give a shit? Managers, coaches and players smiling and laughing. I suppose it was so inevitable, that this match never really mattered.

Fox92 Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 Both relegated then. Considering we will be in this division next season, I hope Villa come down. Haven't been Villa Park for 10 years now and it's not a massive distance to get too. And did Van Persie just nearly walk into the home dressing room?
Danizen Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 Bosingwa is a ****ing tit. As soon as the whistle went he just went straight down the tunnel having a laugh and joke. I'd be ****ing livid if I were a QPR fan. Definitely. What's he pulling in? £80k a week? Disgusting. Who's going to want a player with that attitude at that age on those kind of wages?
Fox92 Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 I'm not suprised to see the players not looking like they care. I know all players and staff knew they'd get relegated, but at the end of the day, none of them support their clubs and can easily move to another club. There isn't much passion and love in the game from players anymore, I look around at some of our players and sometimes think none of them care.
whitlock Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 Redknapp proving what an overrated manager he is. Amount of money he spent in January is crazy. Hate QPR, hopefully they 'do' a wolves.
Kitchandro Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 These must be two of the worst, most depressing in every way teams to play Premier League football. Results, style of play, atmospheres, fans, everything about these two clubs is just thoroughly depressing. Agreed. And neither team gave it a go today. Deserved nothing less than relegation. It was like they pre-agreed to just put each other out of their misery.
AKCJ Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 Graeme Souness - "This is Arsene Wenger's greatest ever season". Yeah, alright Graeme. Lets just forget about the 'invincibles'.
Corky Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 Graeme Souness - "This is Arsene Wenger's greatest ever season". Yeah, alright Graeme. Lets just forget about the 'invincibles'. Obviously the three title winning teams weren't all that great then?
Fox92 Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 Redknapp proving what an overrated manager he is. Amount of money he spent in January is crazy. Hate QPR, hopefully they 'do' a wolves. To be fair, he was taking over a already-sinking ship at QPR. The jobs he did at Portsmouth and then Spurs were second to none.
Jimothy Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 Graeme Souness - "This is Arsene Wenger's greatest ever season". Yeah, alright Graeme. Lets just forget about the 'invincibles'. Well you kind of missed out an important part of that quote where he said this is the worst bunch of players Wenger has had, meaning the achievement of reaching the top for us greater than most season basically because their not really good enough.

Was going to post that, also. Original post was taken out of context.
whitlock Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 To be fair, he was taking over a already-sinking ship at QPR. The jobs he did at Portsmouth and then Spurs were second to none. Did well at Spurs. Look where Pompey are now though, look at the money he spent on players and wages. Unreal. QPR could head the same way now. Very overrated manager in my opinion.

So you agree? You think that the achievement of getting this side (maybe) to the Champions League is a greater achievement then going a whole season unbeaten?
Fox92 Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 Did well at Spurs. Look where Pompey are now though, look at the money he spent on players and wages. Unreal. QPR could head the same way now. Very overrated manager in my opinion. Did very well at Spurs. And Portsmouth too - got them promoted when we went up, stayed there, pushed on for a higher position and won the FA Cup. Yeah he spent money at Portsmouth, but he didn't create the mess they are in now did he? I recall him buying four or five players from Pompey for Spurs. I think the managers, and owners, have the blame for that. The money he generated for Portsmouth via cup finals and Europe was good. There are few managers in the league that have a better record than him. He's spent a lot at QPR (bad as well imo) but they were a mess before he took over, already sinking down to our level.
AKCJ Posted 28 April 2013 Posted 28 April 2013 RVP gives the ball away and Arsenal score on the break.
