Leicesterpool Posted 4 January 2013 Posted 4 January 2013 Rumours arsenal have signed David Villa Personally I think David Villa will struggle in england!
Jimothy Posted 4 January 2013 Posted 4 January 2013 Personally I think David Villa will struggle in england! He wouldn't be the only Villa to struggle!
MC Prussian Posted 7 January 2013 Posted 7 January 2013 Personally I think David Villa will struggle in england! Just as much as Santi Cazorla, Torres, Mikel Arteta, Michu or Juan Mata are struggling in England, eh?
BlueSi13 Posted 7 January 2013 Posted 7 January 2013 Just as much as Santi Cazorla, Torres, Mikel Arteta, Michu or Juan Mata are struggling in England, eh? You saying Torres is doing well?
Fox92 Posted 7 January 2013 Posted 7 January 2013 https://www.youtube....bed/ctWS52IA_JY Guess who was right! Still love this one as well...
Danno Posted 7 January 2013 Posted 7 January 2013 You saying Torres is doing well? 14 goals this season?
Danizen Posted 7 January 2013 Posted 7 January 2013 14 goals this season? Plus, he might have had a poor couple of years but prior to that, he certainly wasn't 'struggling'.
Fox92 Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 If you thought it wasn't getting more ridiculous, read this.. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2013/jan/08/manchester-city-ticket-allocation-arsenal Manchester City have returned close to a third of their allocation for Sunday's match at Arsenal, after supporters balked at the £62 ticket price. _____ I know you will get people that will always go, and clubs like Manchester City have good away support, but that price is a disgrace. That is close to £120 just for a day out to enjoy watching your side against another good side.
purpleronnie Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 The fact that its only a third is just as worrying.
Bayfox Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 I'm sure the owners could have paid arsenal and given them away for half that. Pocket change to them.
SystonFox Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 Good on Man City for doing it. When it comes to the game people will moan saying Man city end looks empty. Shit support
Leicesterpool Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 £62! i don't think you pay that much for wembley!
Soar Fox Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 Disgusting prices. If that's the prices you will get charged in the premiership I'd rather stay in the football league. Surely someone needs to cap ticket pricing.
Leicesterpool Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 Be warned next season these are the prices will be getting next season for the premier greed. I know when villa visited Liverpool early in the season they charged £44 a ticket!
Soar Fox Posted 8 January 2013 Posted 8 January 2013 Just found and old leicester ticket March 23rd 2002 versus Leeds united. Juvenile £12
Leicesterpool Posted 9 January 2013 Posted 9 January 2013 reports on twitter are that Villa are speaking to Di Matteo!
Fox92 Posted 9 January 2013 Posted 9 January 2013 Yeah, cap the players' wages (so they arn't paid stupid amounts) and reduce ticket prices.
Corky Posted 9 January 2013 Posted 9 January 2013 When it comes to the game people will moan saying Man city end looks empty. Shit support This is a principled decision. They would easily sell out the original allocation if the tickets were cheaper.
Danizen Posted 9 January 2013 Posted 9 January 2013 Can't watch the build-up to the Chelsea-Swansea game. For some reason, Sky have got that bong-eyed, midget pr*ck Dennis Wise doing analysis.
Jimothy Posted 9 January 2013 Posted 9 January 2013 Can't watch the build-up to the Chelsea-Swansea game. For some reason, Sky have got that bong-eyed, midget pr*ck Dennis Wise doing analysis. Wrong competition
Danizen Posted 9 January 2013 Posted 9 January 2013 There isn't a League Cup thread, is there? If there is, there fooking shouldn't be. Edit - Seen the thread, now. It's been a long day....
Super_horns Posted 11 January 2013 Posted 11 January 2013 Are Liverpool trying to make us feel sorry for Suarez? Great player but surely anyone should know why he gets so much stick! http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20977131
Fox92 Posted 11 January 2013 Posted 11 January 2013 Well, he does get bad press for everything he does. Handball against Mansfield, for example. Yeah, it was handball, but I can also say I see players like Bale and Young dive every week for their clubs, which is cheating. People don't seem to pick up on that. There are many forms of cheating, and people make out that Suarez is the only player in the World to cheat. Just hope he doesn't leave England. Fantastic footballer, no doubt he is World Class, and I enjoy watching him in the Premier League.
