marko Posted 11 January 2013 Posted 11 January 2013 Well, he does get bad press for everything he does. Handball against Mansfield, for example. Yeah, it was handball, but I can also say I see players like Bale and Young dive every week for their clubs, which is cheating. People don't seem to pick up on that. There are many forms of cheating, and people make out that Suarez is the only player in the World to cheat. Just hope he doesn't leave England. Fantastic footballer, no doubt he is World Class, and I enjoy watching him in the Premier League. Bale gets loads of stick about being a diver! In fact, I'd say he's had more stick about diving than Suarez in the last couple of months.
Kitchandro Posted 11 January 2013 Posted 11 January 2013 Would people seriously miss him if he left England?
Fox92 Posted 11 January 2013 Posted 11 January 2013 Would people seriously miss him if he left England? Liverpool would. But yeah, I would. World class player, I wouldn't want to see him leave our division.
Leicesterpool Posted 11 January 2013 Posted 11 January 2013 Suarez leaving football would be good for england, he's cheating a w.a.n.k.e.r
ScouseFox Posted 11 January 2013 Posted 11 January 2013 Would people seriously miss him if he left England? Yes. Don't see the point in the game without characters and controversy. There'd be a lot less to talk about. Add to that the fact that he's actually a very good footballer and very entertaining to watch.
Fox92 Posted 11 January 2013 Posted 11 January 2013 Suarez leaving football would be good for england, he's cheating a w.a.n.k.e.r What and half the division isn't? Yes. Don't see the point in the game without characters and controversy. There'd be a lot less to talk about. Add to that the fact that he's actually a very good footballer and very entertaining to watch. Agreed.
StanSP Posted 11 January 2013 Posted 11 January 2013 There'd still be plenty of entertainment and controversy and characters in the Premier League without Suarez. There were before, there will be after. Fantastic footballer, no doubt about that. I hate the negative controversy he brings to the game though. I wouldn't miss him. Just saying.

I'm not disputing he's a very good player and a 'character', (pantomime villain if you like I'm not sure he's actually a 'character' in terms of personality). But...well tbh I can't it better than Stan did. The Premiership is still an attractice league for some of the world's best.
stix Posted 12 January 2013 Posted 12 January 2013 Would people seriously miss him if he left England? Incredible player. He has previous of course, but is that not what makes a great? Headline grabber...for good or bad. I reckon we'd all miss him tbh.

AKCJ Posted 12 January 2013 Posted 12 January 2013 People want him to stay so we can talk about him cheating? ridiculous.

"I had to see where Reading was and the first thing I noticed was that it's close to London and Heathrow, which made me feel good."
Father Ted Posted 12 January 2013 Posted 12 January 2013 Villa 0-1 Southampton. Enter Leicesterpool... Just think I'll chuck it in before somebody else does... Villa lol lol
AKCJ Posted 12 January 2013 Posted 12 January 2013 Sacked in the morning should that result stay the same. Lambert has lost all credibility. Should never have left Narwich. lol
Fox92 Posted 12 January 2013 Posted 12 January 2013 Villa are bigger than Norwich imo, but it was strange when he left. He did so well at Norwich, was probably loved by the fans, built up a decent side at Carrow Road that were stable enough. He must of known what he was walking into, but that still, if he had any connection with Birmingham the fans would have turned ages ago. I see Villa's highlights on match of the day (seen the odd full game on Sky), and they are so poor. It's one of those situations where they are so bad you start to feel sorry for them. Would be a great away day in the Championship.
Super_horns Posted 12 January 2013 Posted 12 January 2013 Too many youngsters..its ok for a team in the lower leagues to give young kids a chance and even teams like us to dip two or three during a season but at the top level there is so much pressure to achieve instant results and there isn't time to build a team really.
Bugg Posted 12 January 2013 Posted 12 January 2013 west ham are playing like complete shit. 3-0 Sunderland and it could be more
