Carl the Llama Posted 16 December 2012 Posted 16 December 2012 For those watching spoty can we drop it now? I'm not watching, is the entire crowd poznaning after each winner's announced or something?
Webbo Posted 16 December 2012 Posted 16 December 2012 I'm not watching, is the entire crowd poznaning after each winner's announced or something? Just when Man City came on. It was just a bit of fun and it looked great. Some people need to lighten up.
Bayfox Posted 16 December 2012 Posted 16 December 2012 I'm not watching, is the entire crowd poznaning after each winner's announced or something? Close. They just had kompany and aguero on and had everyone do the poznan. Think that may be the most cringe worthy moment of the night.
Bayfox Posted 16 December 2012 Posted 16 December 2012 Just when Man City came on. It was just a bit of fun and it looked great. Some people need to lighten up. No it looked sh!t. Half arsed effort. Prefer it when we do it.
65RosesFox Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 Rather than starting a new thread on it....... That was embarrassing after the goal!
Soar Fox Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 I did laugh when the Man City fans responded and did it back.
65RosesFox Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 I knew as soon as we did it that they would humiliate us even more and show us how it is actually done. Maybe this may teach the fans who do particiapte that it's time to move on.
Kitchandro Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 I wouldn't mind but it's not really fun any more is it? It's old and boring.
Soar Fox Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 "shall we show you shall we show you shall we show you how it's done"
Tom17LCFC Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 I hate it, so cringey. Was class from our lot though singing 'what the fvcking hell is that' when they did it to us
Captain... Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 We should invent smething revolutionary, how about the reverse Poznan? Â Do the Poznan, but like backwards, I think more people would join in if it was just jumping up and down the spot rather than turning your back.
Sampson Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 People continue doing it long after kick-off, it's bizarre. Â One of these days the people who do this are going to miss something on the pitch.
Captain... Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 People continue doing it long after kick-off, it's bizarre. Â One of these days the people who do this are going to miss something on the pitch. Â Wouldn't happen if we did the reverse Poznan.
Mike the Metal Ed Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 People continue doing it long after kick-off, it's bizarre. Â One of these days the people who do this are going to miss something on the pitch. Â If I recall, I missed our first home league goal of the 10/11 season doing it, having had to wait until the end of August for City to score at home. I got over it though.
Banks Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 Didn't help with all the fake fans not having a clue why you were turning your back after we'd scored...
broughtonblue Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 Embarresed again, same as when we sing 'we love you' against Palace, leave us open to be the subject of pi55 taking
Stadt Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 Man city just humiliated us But the Toure song was odd considering Kolo doesn't play for them anymore.
Bert Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 Is it just me that thinks we did it taking the piss then? We never normally do it when we're losing, do we?
AnotherShitSeason Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 It's great to score goals. Â But I despise seeing the grinning faces of the hapless cretins that inhabit the row in front of me, as they turn round to 'do the poznan'. Â Let's face it when Mr Tumble is on a toddlers TV program doing it (parents will know what I'm on about) it's very ****ing far from something you want to be associated with. Let along seen participating in in public. *****.
adam95581 Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 Is it just me that thinks we did it taking the piss then? We never normally do it when we're losing, do we? It must have been. Why do people get so irate about it? It would probably look better if more people got involved; that being said, if you don't want to get involved then don't - but don't begrudge other people for doing it if they're enjoying themselves. People really need to lighten up.
Voll Blau Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 Give me a good, spontaneous mental over that shite any day.
AndWhat? Posted 18 December 2013 Posted 18 December 2013 I don't like the drum I don't like the Poznan I don't like 'we love you' Why can't the club swap the kop and the family stand around Welcome to modern football. If you don't like it how about trying to do something to change it rather than moaning on an Internet forum?
