Fox92 Posted 15 January 2013 Posted 15 January 2013 Proud to announce (formal!) that my wife is expecting twins. Two more Leicester City supporters on the way. This part is probably for women: They are MCDA, we don't know the sex, all is fine currently healthwise, they are identical. Just goes to show that alcohol consumption does not inhibit fertility afterall (it just gives you the requisite bravery). Congratulations man. Great to hear, hope you're all alright.
The People's Hero Posted 15 January 2013 Author Posted 15 January 2013 Thanks mate. We are fine. Well, I am fine. Rachel is suffering really badly with morning sickness, but all day. Can't look at or think about food, smelling food makes her sick. She can't even feed our son, so he has to wait for me to get home at night for his dinner! But as I said to her, these things will happen if you go getting pregnant!
Wakeyfox Posted 15 January 2013 Posted 15 January 2013 Gutted... Was hoping this was about the Danny DeVito / Arnie film. Congrats anyhow, you super-jiz machine
Trav Le Bleu Posted 15 January 2013 Posted 15 January 2013 Thanks Jon the Hat (can't get out of thinking of you as a very stylish gangster, very seen bare-headed). This made me giggle. It's nothing like how I imagine Jon The Hat, but I will now. I've seen all the congrats going to you and your feculant seed, but can I be the first to congratulate your good lady wife, who has done a fine job producing an egg (admittedly, that she immediately broke in two) and lying on her back whilst you did the ugly. Congratulations to Mrs TPH!

The People's Hero Posted 15 January 2013 Author Posted 15 January 2013 Aha. My wife had all day and all night nausea for 20 weeks. Most doesn't last that long I think Rach only had it from about 10-14 weeks last time around, then suffered with heartburn. We shall see.

The People's Hero Posted 17 January 2013 Author Posted 17 January 2013 And thanks all for the congrats and good wishes. The missus is feeling pretty rotten and sick pretty much all of the time at the minute. We're having a nice night in tomorrow though. The boy is going to Grandma's so we can sit indoors drinking 'lite' beer and watching football on telly. Or rather that's what I'll do while Rachel is being sick and selling all of our cds and DVDs to music magpie.
