Rory out of it now ?

Looks like a different leader after Round 3.

You'd think so, but I like the unpredictability of this particular tournament.

There's triple bogey's out there but also a possible 63/64 so anything can happen.

If Rory can get it back to level and the leaders finish around -6 then you never know.

Could be a fascinating final round tomorrow. Really enjoying this.

That back nine was a fun watch.

Despite Pereira having a three shot lead, as Izzy said, this course is playing where anything can happen.

I’ll probably jinx him but I have a good feeling about Fitzpatrick, been thereabouts numerous times lately.

Shot 75 today in the rollup medal at Rothley today. Thats +4. Absolutely stupid round made 2 birdies and 2 bogeys but missed a ton of birdie putts and conspired to hit 2 tee shots out of bounds to make 2 doubles....hence finishing +4. So frustrating as i really felt i could do something today.

The Tiger Woods' W/D is a bit of a warning sign to me. Id sadly speculate he might be done after st andrews.

I dont think he can put the work in between tournaments to stay competitive enough.nowadays he doesnt drive it any better than a rank and file tour pro generating 170 ball speed....but doesnt have the iron game of similar players like Morikawa, Cam Smith, Matsuyama....the guys who are not the power players.

Not only that but he doesnt putt it better than the rank and file either.

Id never write him off but i think hed want to play an event like wells fargo in the run up to this week or bay hill in lead up to the masters and he just cant these days.

I do fear for the big man sadly 😣

Classic Rory last round master class coming up ?

Shame he bogeyed 6 and just lipped out for birdie on 7

Think he's got too much to do now but I still maintain there's fewer better sights in sport (never mind golf) than Rory McIlroy in the zone - an absolute joy to watch

This is literally anyones. You couldnt call it.

Was just about to say the same.

Still think Fitzpatrick has a great chance.

Has a bit of a feel like one of those Opens when someone has a 3 shot lead with 2 to play, but you just know they won't win it.

See Jean van de Velde.

I'd like Fitzpatrick to win because he's English.

I'd like Fitzpatrick to lose because he wears Castore clothing.

Who the hell wears Castore on a golf course?

I'd rather a guy playing in jeans and a vest.

A lad I know is Fitzpatrick’s personal chef 👀

Tell him if he has to wear Castore, you can't pair it with Sketchers.

That's just embarrassing.

Looks like the European interest has ended.

Going to be an exciting finish. Think it COULD be a play off on 5 under.

So frustrating for the Brits.

Fitzpatrick can't buy a birdie right now, Rory ran out of holes, but 2 bad days cost him, Tommy Fleetwood finishes strong again, but leaves himself too much to do.

True clairvoyance :o  If I see Pereira roll up his pant legs and get into the creek, I'll ask you for some stock picks.
