If he put as much effort into working on long range shots, commanding his area, organising walls, coming for corners, diving at people's feet as he did moaning at the linesman he'd be a good keeper. Hasn't even got the basics. RDL - 4 - Not his usual attacking threat, just average really. Morgan - 4 - Rare mistake for the first goal, average rest of game Keane - 7 - Capped off a reasonable display with first pro goal, good passing. Konch - 5 - OK first half, faded in second and resorted to hoofing Knocky - 4 - Appalling first half, got his tricks out in the second, but they didn't come off. James - 5 - Bang on average, didn't get too much wrong but didn't add much either Wellens - 6 - played well in first half, faded later. Added nothing, but cost us nothing Gally - 6 - OK first half, not so hot in the second Nugent - 3 - Total shocker Futacs - 3 - Got in there, but what a shit player, touch like a baby elephant, gave the ball away all the time, missed sitter after sitter. Is he a pro footballer, if so how? Waghorn - Ran around and errm... whic his all he has anyway. Vardy - Poor linking-up which is a real change for him, although didn't have long and woeful pattern of game already set Dyer - Should have come on at half time, that's not his fault. Pattern of game lateness on the pitch meant no impact. NP - Poor selection, subs too late. Players weren't motivated - WTF Nige? *edit* I've massively over-rated everyone... He just wanders off and leaves no options on the side he should be playing. Today you saw him get stuck in (yes he made some tackles) he managed to make some brilliant passes and whilst he did drift out of position he for me played well. I must of missed those bits. He did make some passes but he was still poor, yes other players were worse but because your the best of a bad bunch doesn't mean you had a good game. De Laet 4 - worst game in a blue shirt, pinned back and Scannell ripped him. Morgan 4 - poor at Peterborough, poor today, worrying. Keane 6 - good reading of the game and distribution. Kuntchesky 0 - dog shit, liability, offers nothing, GET SCHLUPP BACK!! Gallagher 3 - his style of play disrupts the balance of the team. Not been missed. Wellens 3 - huffed and puffed but time to retire. James 4 - did he play? Knockaert 6 - tried to make things happen but kept on getting kicked to bits. Keane - 6 Our best MIDFIELDER today - great passing, but absent in defence much of the time Konchesky - 3 AWFUL - get rid Knockaert - 7 Our best player by a mile (that doesn't mean much either !) - but so/too greedy Wellens - 3 As AWFUL as Konchesky - too old/past it - get rid James - 4 Did he play ? Gallagher - 4 As usual, he tried; but as usual, it was to no effect Nugent - 5 Absent for much of the game, but he did try (which is more than can be said for some) Futacs - 3 People asked why NP never picks him to start - now we know !
