Jiggers the Fox Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 Potentially big game, and a win would be huge given it's a game in hand. Certainly don't think it will be an easy match, but it would be nice to keep Blackburn off our heels and make up some lost ground on the top 4. I think we'll see a tight, scrappy 2-1 win.
Dr The Singh Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 A draw seems the most likely result. That's what Nigel will look like after we get that!!
LcFc_Smiv Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 Lets hope with the likes of Bentley, Campbell, Rhodes, they rock up to play open attacking football, we should rip right through them. If they turn up and throw every man behind the ball and try and work off of the counter, it's going to be a long frustrating evening. My mates a huge Rovers fan, I normally go to away games with him and Danny Murphy is a weak link for them, not the player he used to be, hopefully a battle our midfielders can win! Oh and their keeper is in inspirational form atm, some of his saves against Hull were spectacular.
Ford Super Sunday Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 This and Cardiff two big games. With my pessimism telling me we've zero chance of automatic now Watford are in such good form, good results from our games in hand should secure our play-off place without having to look over our shoulders at the teams coming up from below. Win would be nice and as someone pointed out, our last five-game winning run came after a 0-0 draw!
big cairnzy Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 Rovers a joke of a club!! One man team in rhodes! Kazim richards out! Ollson out!! etuhu out!! 3-1 foxes. Onwards n upwards. COME ON.
dpjfox Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 Apparantly the new manager Appleton is sorting them out but is noted for being defensively minded
Jiggers the Fox Posted 25 February 2013 Author Posted 25 February 2013 Stringer mentioned on his Twitter that Nugent is a 'doubt' for the game (according to Pearson).
Number 6 Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 Our home form is critical if we still have aspirations of finishing in the top 2. We're probably going to have to be near perfect at home for the rest of the season, starting on Tuesday.
big cairnzy Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 We'll win lads! We are premiership bound! Its written in the stars! Play off final against palace. 89mins. off vardys arse. 3-2! job done!
nickelbyfox Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 Cant say I rate any Appleton team I have watched - but Rhodes always looks dangerous. Going for a 2-1 win!
nickelbyfox Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/21573525 Missing quite a few players apparently
AyewJoking Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 http://www.bbc.co.uk...otball/21573525 Missing quite a few players apparently probably a bad thing as they will likely stick everyone behind the ball and we'll dither before eventually falling foul of a long range, speculative effort from Murphy.
Corky Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 Has to be a win, they might've won at Arsenal but they aren't anything special, particularly away from home. We need to show more invention and ambition from the start. Getting an early goal has helped us on several occasions at home this season.
ealingfox Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 Can't see us winning at the moment, and big reputation strikers always do well against us. 0-3 and wheels to really come off I'm afraid.
Dan Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 Got a feeling we'll grab a very tight win. I'd go for the same team but with Knockaert in for Marshall, something like this; Schmeichel De Laet - Morgan © - Keane - Konchesky King - Drinkwater Knockaert Nugent - Wood - Kane
Uncle Albert Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 Leicester's biggest game of the season, must win.
Walker Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 Leicester's biggest game of the season, must win. According to some the last 20 games have been 'must win'
hifi Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 Very big game for us in fact all of them from now are big really. I think we got a play off place booked for sure. But I can see a win coming as the players must be gagging for it. I think we just haven't had the rub of the green the last couple if games.
Uncle Albert Posted 25 February 2013 Posted 25 February 2013 According to some the last 20 games have been 'must win' I bet most have, but surely this one is? Win and you move 5 points behind Watford and Hull with a game in hand (yes I know thats v Cardiff), Watford away Friday night and Hull at home to a unpredictable Birmingham this weekend. This really is Leicester's biggest game so far this season, I think anyway.
