jumbo mills Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 A blackburn or wales mark hughes yes please, a QPR one no thanks
THEBIGJOHNSTEADER; Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 The mans got a cat piss 1-2. By that I mean horrible grey hair. He attains the colour by going into the hairdressers asking for a cat piss 1-2, where they literally soak his hair in cat piss. Lots of celebs do it including Phillip Schofield. They're all pathetic.
Grewks Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Please no. Why would they want to go from a swede who wastes money to a welshman who does the same thing. His recruitment policy is terrible, please no, would be an even bigger step back. We need a good quality coach who can bring the best out of what we have. Mcdermott or O'Neill would be much better options
LCFC FOX Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Where has this been said? We will be the next Portsmouth, Plymouth, QPR if its true mind. SPEND SPEND SPEND SPEND SPEND
jumbo mills Posted 2 April 2013 Author Posted 2 April 2013 I dont like the man, how he threw martin jol's hand away after a game, he seems a arrogant big head, but i think mark bowen had a lot to do wiyh his early success hopefully he will come if paddy is right
dobbylcfc Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 No thanks Hughes can stay well away like LCFC FOX has said we'd end being the next pompy or Plymouth.
Deucalion Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 His win ratio at QPR is pretty similar to Redknapp's, who most would say is a good manager. Hughes 23.5 % Redknapp 23.8 % His win ratio at Fulham is around 32% while Jol's is around 37 %. By way of comparison, O'Neill's win ratio at Leicester was around 37.5 %. Not convincing stats?
Happy Fox Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 I am not too sure on this it could work or potentially not work but it is clear to me that NP is not the man for the job would Hughes be a better proposition maybe you cannot manage in the prem at the top midtable range if you are a bad manager.
Burmesefox Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 I've just read the OP and wearily placed my head into my left hand with my left elbow on the desk with a slow expulsion of breath - such is my lack of excitement for Hughes as our next manager.
Buzzell Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Wouldn't even bother sacking Pearson for Hughes. Backwards step.
Simmo86 Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 I'd take him Got a decent record in the Prem, no worse than what we've got.
Happy Fox Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Wouldn't even bother sacking Pearson for Hughes. Backwards step. For a manager that has managed in the prem?
l444ry Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 I've followed City for 52 years. If Hughes is appointed manager I won't be wasting any money travelling 50 miles to come through the turnstiles.
jumbo mills Posted 2 April 2013 Author Posted 2 April 2013 If it wasnt for the QPR debacle Hughes would be a popular choice, maybe he is itching to prove everyone wrong
Swiss_tony Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 just ask youself this. given the budgets he's worked with, what has he achieved? nothing, no silverware at all, he;s never managed outside the PL, and he quits when the going gets tough. no thanks.
Swarles Barkley Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Good god no. Not good enough. He wont get us promoted
Buzzell Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 For a manager that has managed in the prem? Probably the only thing going for him. If he was to come I can see the same scenario to Sven. Spend an absolute fortune, big wage budget ect. Hope he proves me wrong if he was to come.
Brizzle Fox Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Paddy Power knows bugger all about City as evidenced by his ridiculously generous odds on our opponents, which has led to large sums of money hitting my online account twice weekly on a consistent basis over the last couple of months Cheers PP you lovely Irish silver fox for compensating me for following this sorry sack of shite football team.
lestajigs Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Good god no. Not good enough. He wont get us promoted Think hell have a better chance then pearson
Bilbo Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 All those screaming for Pearson to be sacked take a long hard look in the mirror and ask yourself would we be any better off with this guy at the helm and do you really want another season of chopping ang changing the squad?
Swiss_tony Posted 2 April 2013 Posted 2 April 2013 Probably the only thing going for him. If he was to come I can see the same scenario to Sven. Spend an absolute fortune, big wage budget ect. Hope he proves me wrong if he was to come. how will he spend an absolute fortune? the ffp kicks in next season.
