Both of them should have gone earlier, Kurt got away with dropping big clangers in consecutive weeks and as soon as he put himself forward for PM this week I thought he'd be going. Natalie was just piss-poor all round. When she said she'd have done well selling the campers because her background is in recruitment. Errr, what? Francesca could be a bit of a dark horse I think, she's seemed incompetent and a bit of a nothing candidate but that's what I thought about Stella English until the last couple of weeks. Francesca strikes a good balance between being the background and foreground in tasks. Are you saying this based on the simple thing that she looks a little bit like Stella English?

Nothing, except keeping herself in it and staying out of the boardroom, hence dark horse rather than a shiny white one. No, only made the point that Stella English seemed a poor candidate yet managed to keep herself in it into the last weeks and ended up winning it. Francesca has seemed a poor candidate so far yet is still there going into the second half of the process.

Louisa was a nightmare for him this week, and I thought Neil played it brilliantly. Wasn't aggressive in any way, while deliberately not taking responsibility for the video which he knew would be heavily criticised. That Alex is a weird one!

Almost all of them are utterly useless. Jason had to go though. He may be diplomatic but that's his only talent. He's not cut out for business at all and has basically been put on the show for comedy value.

Luisa is annoying, but I agreed with her to some extent, maybe she was snapping at Jason's heels, but he took the flaming piss, changing his mind every two minutes. Alex is the man, absolutely hilarious.

They should have lost for having such a shit website, which was Jason's fault. The other team had the best website and the best video and marketing campaign, it was just a shame it was for 2 different dating sites. If they had changed the name to 'No more Herbert's' and splashed Alex's ugly mug all over the site they would have smashed it, the problem is they had 2 days to come up with a fully fledged idea, they did the website showed to people, they said it was boring so they jazzed it up a bit with the advert, but were unable to change the website, which is what they would have done if it was a real business and not setting people up to fail by imposing ridiculous deadlines. Would it be more enjoyable to watch if they didn't fail so badly?

Luisa is an idiot, sticking Francesca in the kitchen at the detriment of the task possibly. Alex forced his idea, and then was pretty weak when Myles challenged him. He doesn't discuss things, he just blabbers on at a mile a minute.
