Players for next season, Who do want, Who's free?

Danny Fox from Southampton. Haven't seen him in their first-team for a while.

Great shout. Would love this to happen.

Am I the only one who doesn't rate De Laet? Decent going forward but makes me nervous going the other way. I'd be tempted to see if Trippier from Burnley could be tempted. Those two on the overlap = assists galore.

I don't rate him. I said this in the Brighton (?) match thread, and got slated for it. He is very good going forward, but not good at defending, thanks that someone else has put it.

So you'd replace de Laet with another defender who can get forward but is questionable when defending? Good logic

There's a reason he's not starting.

Much sooner get smithies or Steele in

Pretty sure guzan won player of the year so 'the reason' why he isnt starting is because Guzan is a very good prem goalie not because shay is a bad one. Have you forgot he kept Joe Hart out of the man city side not so long ago.

Oh okay so GK's with little experience with two poor championship sides. Glad your not head of our player recruitment. Clueless

Still think Moore is the option to replace De Laet at right full back, then get another centre half in (maybe two depending on St Ledger). Curtis Davies is a great shout, was excellent against us in that 2-2 draw.

We should be going for Ebanks-Blake, no doubt. Still only 27 as well, I thought he was older. Proven at this level, knows where the net is, holds the ball up well and is very strong... I imagine a lot of teams will be going for him, maybe even Mick at Ipswich, but our location could tempt him if he lives in/around Birmingham.

Trippier wasn't in the Championship team of the year whilst playing for a struggling Burnley without good reason.

Not sure if he has been mentioned but if Nugents wages are a problem with the restrictions due, but didnt know what Adam Le Fondre would cost from reading if we guarantee him first team football??

Again clueless

He's scored five goals this season, that's factual information.

Don't call someone clueless if they provide you with the truth. That's just plain silly to be quite honest.

Could be worth a gamble but not a Championship player.

Do you mean Doumbia from Wolves? Isn't he a winger? If so why the slash with Bostwick who's a DM

A what makes you think these players would sign on less than the players we have already?

They all know Leic pay top wack.

Makes no difference who we sign as long as we stick with a manager who couldnt/ had the ability/ tactical savvy to address our terrible end of season run.

But we don't pay top whack anymore. Trust me I know

both Defensive midfielders mate. Must be thinking of someone else

So they are, definitely thinking of another player. Probably doesn't even play for Wolves lol

Dean Whitehead anyone? He's a free agent & the sort of player we're missing imo.

Vorm if KS goes? Not had a great season but real quality. Maybe a long shot. If not, Sorenson?

A good left winger and CB needed too.

No Chance with Vorm way out of out league. mabey Westwood if KS Leaves.

Whitehead would be a good shout depending on how much he's would cost in wages.

I don't think any Championship team would have any chance of getting Vorm, he has been injured so that's why he hasn't played as much recently.

D'oh I didn't mean Vorm. I'm turning into an old man. Ali Al Habsi (similarly very good), but dropped by Wigan towards the end of the season. Again, unlikely but not out of the question.
