Corky Posted 10 August 2013 Posted 10 August 2013 No. Would cost too much and the money would be better spent elsewhere (if we had the chance).
sdb Posted 10 August 2013 Posted 10 August 2013 Hugely overrated player, but would be decent at this level. I'd stay away though.
leicesterisme Posted 10 August 2013 Posted 10 August 2013 No the guys an absolute bellend. Aswell as being a truly woeful footballer.
MC Prussian Posted 10 August 2013 Posted 10 August 2013 No, thank you. Always stood in the shadow of his older brother and rarely lived up to the promise. Huge wages, doesn't fit in with the rest of the squad. Let one of the newly-promoted sides to the Premier League have him.
i luv u foxes Posted 10 August 2013 Posted 10 August 2013 John Arne Risse allowed to leave Fulham on a free I think we could have a chance would love him here just so I could shout shoot whenever he has the ball
Guest MattP Posted 10 August 2013 Posted 10 August 2013 Fcuk promotion, shouting shoot is what it's about. Get him in.
XLM Posted 10 August 2013 Posted 10 August 2013 Would be incredible but he's still premiership class in my opinion.
allen10 Posted 10 August 2013 Posted 10 August 2013 Would have him over Konchesky any day of the week!
carterfox90 Posted 10 August 2013 Posted 10 August 2013 Great professional to have on board for the young players at our club & what a shot he has on him but doubt as per if Pearson will even bother seeing his potential at Leicester !
Fox92 Posted 10 August 2013 Posted 10 August 2013 No for me. Had a decent career but again, he's getting older now and I can't see how he is an improvement on Konchesky. Taking into consideration, we've just signed Miquel for the year and I cannot imagine Riise's wages would be low.
AKCJ Posted 10 August 2013 Posted 10 August 2013 Why would we do that? One overpaid ageing leftback with an eye for a long range goal swapped for another?
Danno Posted 10 August 2013 Posted 10 August 2013 John Arne Risse allowed to leave Fulham on a free I think we could have a chance would love him here just so I could shout shoot whenever he has the ballHe's awful no thanks
Fox92 Posted 10 August 2013 Posted 10 August 2013 wish people would realise Liam Trotter isn't very good Only just seen this actually, but I tend to agree. Once went on the Millwall forum last season and he was getting a lot of stick.
The Doctor Posted 10 August 2013 Posted 10 August 2013 Well, city scouts at Bradford v Carlisle today apparently - claimed to be there to watch Carlisle but supposedly left after Nahki Wells was substituted (source: friend of a friend on facebook who was at the match). Make of that what you will... if true I'd assume it spells the end for Futacs and maybe waghorn though.

What utter bollocks. Wilson and Hobbs apparently excellent today for the forest.

Not bothered about Wilson as we were never going to sign him, but to see Hobbs doing well at Forest when they've signed him on a seasons loan is pretty sickening. Considering our centre half problems, I really would've liked to see him back here.

Said they had a chat with them and that they said they were there to watch Carlisle... As I said, make what you will of it - scouts would have been there to watch Carlisle, no doubt, whether they made notes of some bradford players while there - I'd expect scouts to make note of something that impresses them, even if it's not in the primary job mission. I'd be surprised if we were after Wells though, we've got 6 strikers on the books already.
