If we cannot get rid of them then we can't bring anyone in unless we sell some of our valuable assets (Kasper, Morgan, Knockaert etc) What would you rather us do? It's not that easy in our position. I'd prefer we kept our best players rather than flog them just to bring more in until we can dispose of the costly dross. A bit of a pisser but what can we do?

A centre back, a centre midfielder with a bit of grit and maybe some cover for the wide positions.If we rid the wage bill of Beckford I think we will see someone come in. Same with st ledger and danns.
AKCJ Posted 1 July 2013 Posted 1 July 2013 I'm personally content to see this young side build itself for another season while the high earner's contracts run out. Maybe sign a couple of youngsters (players like Matty James with something to prove) and see how we go. I don't see why we desperately need to get promoted every season. You can all see the work the club is doing and the players we have got are of a very high quality. Patience.
