Johnson looks so threatening when on form and banging it in short and aiming for the grill. It looks natural.

Broad appears to try too hard and it becomes predictable.

lol I know you're not Asian, I got called it as well in Sydney when I said I was from Leicester by someone.

P.S Its 40 mins everywhere!

That's a lie no one Aussie knows where Leicester is let alone it's stereotype demographic......so must of been a Pommy

God knows where you have created that assumption, Broad has been our best bowler this tour and is by far England's best short bowler..

I said yesterday with the eleven I picked which has turned out to be the eleven England have gone with should make us less predictable but again we weren't. Australia have always played the short ball well, there batsman are full of confidence minus Rogers and Watson' so what do we do, bowl fuller to them pair and bowl shorter at the ones who have scored runs.. Warner, Clarke and Haddin all got out for not executing the shots, not really anything special about the bowling!

We've taken six wickets but it could of been so much worse, Warner should have gone on to make a big score and maybe Clarke should have as well, he was hitting the ball so sweetly in that 24.

Anyway tonight/tomorrow is a new day, maybe if Broad and Bresnan can get some fire in their bellies and have genuine scary pace and attack these pair then maybe we'll have them all out for 350-370!

Should have been 350 mate terrible captaincy. Three it four straight through slip from tail.

If the batsman fail get they need shooting, this is the best pitch of the series, no movement and you only need to touch it and it flies away.

Seen at least a couple of different Leicester City/Leicestershire flags in the crowd Marsh. Either of them anything to do with your lot?

Seen them as well and asked him he said no. He is apparently wearing a safari hat tho

One is a guy who drinks in the gynsills and used to do a lot with Anstey and Glenfield cc, they do Perth all the time.

I actually think Root has just touched that maybe watching again.

Still a decent start this, get out tonight with two down and w are in a nice position.

We need to keep then out in this heat, actually make then do some work and think about it.

My mate from loughborough is on his way there at the mo. He'll have his flag up in the 4th test.

Whilst i'm looking for them to be economical with the runs and i'd rather had them still batting than get out Pietersen needs to get abit more involved.

Let Pietersen take as long a he wants, if he stays there for a while he'll make a big score and more than make up for it.

The worry I have with him is I can imagine him becoming very bored and start trying to be the hero.

Although he is playing Johnson's short balls very well.

Ohhhh dear.

Cook and KP gone, pressure on Bell.

Still in our favour at the moment but the scales are beginning to tip Australia's way again I feel.

Exactly what he's done.

Saw if the big stuff then got out to a average half tracker. Infuriating.

England so charitable they keep on giving.
