rico Posted 28 August 2013 Posted 28 August 2013 nick webster â€@dcfc_flagman32m 4500 #dcfcfans to invade Leicester. Yeah go on then! They don't care
ramaiya2 Posted 28 August 2013 Posted 28 August 2013 At home against Derby, could be worse. At least we should get through to the 4th round
Kitchandro Posted 28 August 2013 Posted 28 August 2013 Not the best draw. At least it's winnable though.
Sharpe's Fox Posted 28 August 2013 Posted 28 August 2013 Jesus, would you people prefer Burnley away? They should make this a fiver a ticket and fill the ground. Pretty embarrassing when a whole stand isn't used.
Corky Posted 28 August 2013 Posted 28 August 2013 In terms of same division opposition it's the best draw. However, would've liked a Premier League club. It is though a rare chance for the club to make solid money from a cup tie, make the ticket prices sensible and get a good crowd in. I doubt they will bring too many but give people an incentive to attend.
lgfualol Posted 28 August 2013 Posted 28 August 2013 Good draw, any idea of when it will be played? Gotta think about that $$$. Buy one get one free £10, that'll get at least 10 people in.
SmithyFox12 Posted 28 August 2013 Posted 28 August 2013 Under 18's for a quid, Adults for a fiver. happy days.
BrummieFOX Posted 28 August 2013 Posted 28 August 2013 We have a moan at them for 'not caring'. Look at the responses here. We should be buzzing at a local Derby. If far rather this than a shire lower league team. Shame it's not away but we should be looking to create a good atmosphere. A singing section is a good shout as people are more likely to swap seats for a cup game. Though L1 and surrounding would be the place to go. Just advertise it more and possibly a pre-match meet up and sing song.
deanolegend1989 Posted 28 August 2013 Posted 28 August 2013 Whens the last time weve drawn Liverpool in a cup? Feels like it will never happen! Man city with Sven, Chelsea the 5-2 and 4-3 losses, Spurs that classic 3-2 comeback, Arsenal league cup 2000 penalty win? Manchester Utd 1996/97 Filbert Street? but Liverpool I cant think ever...

October 1986 according to the History page, a 4-1 defeat at Anfield. Of course we could have met them in an FA Cup semi-final in 2001...
ozleicester Posted 29 August 2013 Posted 29 August 2013 Manchester United v Liverpool Sunderland v Peterborough United West Ham United v Cardiff City Manchester City v Wigan Athletic Burnley v Nottingham Forest or Millwall Newcastle United v Leeds United Southampton v Bristol City West Bromwich Albion v Arsenal Swindon Town v Chelsea Tranmere Rovers v Stoke City Watford v Norwich City Aston Villa v Tottenham Hotspur Hull City v Huddersfield Town Leicester City v Derby County Birmingham City v Swansea City Fulham v Everton or Stevenage interesting next round then
Simmo86 Posted 29 August 2013 Posted 29 August 2013 Awful draw Pretty much a bye into the next round though!
Loggy88 Posted 29 August 2013 Posted 29 August 2013 I'm happy with it it's a local derby and we know we can beat them over the last few years we have beaten them most of the time. Find it strange some fans would rather get Man United away and most probably be knocked out.
_Fatboyslow_ Posted 29 August 2013 Posted 29 August 2013 Surely this can only be a good thing, they don't care about us, home tie, lambs to the slaughter
Fox92 Posted 29 August 2013 Posted 29 August 2013 It's winnable, something I'm pleased with, but I don't think it will be an easy game. I think my heart skipped when he drew out the number to play Manchester United, I thought we were in for a trip to Old Trafford!
JonnyBoy Posted 29 August 2013 Posted 29 August 2013 How is Derby at home not a good draw? its apparently the second most hated team for us and a local Derby. Could of been a a lot worse... Burnley at home, Leeds at home etc etc. Lighten up

Aus Fox Posted 29 August 2013 Posted 29 August 2013 We're all our own were allon our o o own it's a forest and derby we're all on our own.
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 29 August 2013 Posted 29 August 2013 I was hoping for a big fish, and all we get is another minnow.
