Father Ted Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 I reckon we'll go with something like this: Schmeichel Moore Wasyl Morgan Schlupp King James Knockaert Drinkwater Dyer Nugent Subs: Logan, Miquel, Hammond, Hopper, GTF, Vardy. I just don't see Pearson risking further injury to Konch or Vardy when we have an international break coming up. Let them have a full proper rest and come back fresh after the break.
Grewks Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 The atmosphere should be decent anyway....but imagine if QPR lose in the early kick-off.....
Dickov22 Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Vardy will play! Relax everyone And so will Konch
Simmo86 Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Mull Of Kintyre has just come on the radio at work! Spit!
K1FOX Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 We hate Nottingham say we hate Nottingham ! SCUM! Buzzing for this tomorrow. This season just has me so excited.
kylestyle06 Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 What time does the helicopter land on the pitch? Does anyone know? Don't want to miss it this year
ADK Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Expecting us to win this by at least 3 goals. Anything less will be a poor performance.
Corky Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 This is Terence's lesser known brother, Soar Trent D'Arby.
yorkie1999 Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Wish they'd play the liquidator for matches like this. Fvck off Forest,, Leicester.
StanSP Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 What time does the helicopter land on the pitch? Does anyone know? Don't want to miss it this year I think it's between 2.30 and 2.45 going by previous seasons.
Silverdaz Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 No ones memtioned Tom Hopper yet he has already scored a hat trick against these this season and I reckon he will be well up for it
jammie82uk Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 I asked vardy on Monday night if he would be available for Saturday and he said he would be
Mike King Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Must win, whatever the score, keep the run going and rub their 'orrible little Manager "Billy No Mates" nose into the Fortress King Power's turf!!!!
FreddieFox Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Does anyone have any idea if Vardy will be fit? I know Wood will be on international duty. If they're both unavailable, what do you think the front line will look like? Nugent in the middle of a 433? Schulpp and Nuge, GTF and Nuge?
BlueBlue Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 Vardy is expected to be fit Even though he's not trained all week?
sylofox Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 wood thread. How many threads do we need on this topic lol
whitlock Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 No ones memtioned Tom Hopper yet he has already scored a hat trick against these this season and I reckon he will be well up for it I know the guy has a lot of potential, but in his appearance against Derby, he struggled to get in the game. I think this game is a bit too big for him, at the moment.
Kitchandro Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 This morning the firm I work for mistakenly received a letter addressed to our Muzzy. It came to my department as well. I didn't actually see the letter, but just knowing I was in the same room as it gave me the cold sweats. Anyway I take it as a good sign for tomorrow.

What are the odds on Muzzy scoring the winner tomorrow? Well worth a £ or 2!

JonnyBoy Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 I can't put my finger on it but there is something about this match that is getting me more psyched about it than ever before... and it seems everyone else is too. Compared to our meeting last season and season before... there is just something extra massive about the game tomorrow
Kitchandro Posted 8 November 2013 Posted 8 November 2013 I can't put my finger on it but there is something about this match that is getting me more psyched about it than ever before... and it seems everyone else is too. Compared to our meeting last season and season before... there is just something extra massive about the game tomorrow I should think it's mainly because of the matches running up to it - beating Fulham in the last minute in a memorable match, beating Watford easily in a memorable match, on the back of a winning run, top 2, and playing some really impressive football. From the ticket sales we can see a lot of people feel the same. And that in itself gets people psyched up - if other people are. Last season we came into this fixture on a bad run and likewise the season before. One was midweek when the season was petering out and the other was on tv - the ticket sales were disappointing in both. This reminds me more of my first City - Forest home fixture back in February 2010, there was a huge build up and excitement, the last result between the two had been significant, and by the time kick-off came and especially by the end of the day I knew just how important it was.

Yea, I agree with all of this. I'd also say that I think the rivalry between the two clubs has been slowly building over the past few years due to some of the great games and scorelines we've had. The 3-2 (when we gave them a goal), the 5-1, the 3-0 here and of course the end of last season. I'm sure they still don't view it as big as most of our fans do, but they certainly view is a bigger game than most even if they don't admit it.
