Mark_w Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 I'm not sure that's the most pressing issue with his team choices. Nope that's Happy Fox's idiocy.
hornyhollthefox123 Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 We're all about energy and pressing as a team at the moment. That is what has led to such success so far this season.. So i genuinely don't know what NP will do if Wood & Vardy are unavailable. Think it could well end up being GTF starting just off Nuge, and being told to run himself into the ground for 60/65 minutes..
WhenYourSmilingLCFC Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 433. Hammond coming in. Playing infront of the defence. Dyer Nugent and Knockaert up top. Need too keep that workrate. And adding a bit of bite into midfield with Hammond.
Greatness_Since_1884 Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 I think NIgel will want to keep Jeff in the team. He played well against Watford and NP is big on playing well and keeping your place. Having said that he did struggle at times positionally so I believe he'll use the opportunity to bring Konch in but retain Schlupp as well. Schmeichel Moore - Wasilewski - Morgan - Konchesky Knockaert - Drinkwater - King - Dyer Nugent - Schlupp Subs: Logan, Miquel, Bakayogo, Hammond, James, Taylor-Fletcher, Vardy (Hopper if unfit)
NathanC93 Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Kasper Moore - Wasyl - Morgan - Konchesky Hammond King - Drinkwater Knockaert - Dyer Nugent
Unabomber Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Is Vardy definitely out then or not? No one seems to know.
JonnyBoy Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 cant believe both Wood and Vardy might be out for this, could really cost us
davieG Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Is Vardy definitely out then or not? Merc Paul Konchesky and Jamie Vardy could return to the Leicester City squad for the visit of Nottingham Forest on Saturday, manager Nigel Pearson has said. Konchesky and Vardy both missed last week’s win at Watford with hamstring strains but have made good progress in their recovery this week. Pearson said Vardy would not join in full training today but would be assessed tomorrow, along with Konchesky. vandamman Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 I think it would be good to start Taylor Fletcher in behind Nuge, he's got some creativity and can hold the ball up. Then again Schlupp needs the experience up front, might a good opportunity if GTF is not 100% up to match pace.

Then again Schlupp needs the experience up front, might a good opportunity if GTF is not 100% up to match pace. Not really the sort of game to give someone time for experience is it?
ousefox Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 We'd be mad not to play 442 after out recent form with it. I'd like to see Schlupp given a start there, though you wonder if GTF will ever start a game if he can't with two of our strikers out.
dayday Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Schlupp has to start for me if Vardy is unfit,he is our new mini Emile Heskey, the way he shrugged Dooley away to create Knockaerts goal tells me he has grown some testicles, and is now ready to take his chance, also Slow coach Jack Hobbs will be shitting it as he won't know which way Jeff has gone...so I am in the Jeff Sclupp fan club
DANGEROUS TIGER Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 The perfect opportunity to boycott the club, and to hurl pukka pies at the ticket office, stewards, police, and the little old lady in the red, hand knitted jumper.
ousefox Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Think we'll lose by the way. Everybody is so positive, forest think they'll lose. It's the Leicester way.

Bluetintedspecs Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 If Vards not fit and Wood in NZ I would start GTF as his experience in the powder keg of a Derby ,that doesn't really matter, could be invaluable. Think we will win 4-0 and I am not getting carried away it's genuinely what I feel, I did predict 3-0 on Saturday and sadly didn't back it
K1FOX Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 I think vardy will play. Nige is playing mind games
Guest Bilo Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 We beat Watford because we went out there to exorcise the play off drama. Forest could equally do this to us but I'd hope that our players have more about us and really feel what it feels like to play against imo our biggest rivals. Lets have these cvnts. This is as big as matches come this season and will begin to shape our season. Come on you Foxes the difference is most of the forest players who played last season won't play The other difference is that we're better than we were last season whereas Watford have gone backwards. It remains to be seen whether Forest are much better than they were last season, or a rerun of us in 2011-2012.
lgfualol Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 4-2-1-2-1 Knocky n dyer wide, drinkwater passing everywhere in the middle. King and James/Hammond backin em up and Nuge hopefully hitting the target. <> formation
EnglishOxide Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Think we'll lose by the way. Everybody is so positive, forest think they'll lose. It's the Leicester way. I'm shitting it. But if we win, not only will we have beaten Forest but will probably be top over the international break. What a position to be in, and the feel good factor will be immense. It's something we are just not used to!

Happy Fox Posted 7 November 2013 Posted 7 November 2013 Yeah but we know what happened in the last two games before an international break! Away from home though at home we are invincible atm
