eye666 Posted 13 December 2013 Posted 13 December 2013 Or it could have been that Hollowhead signed so many players for Palace that he couldn't have been registered...?
Soar Fox Posted 13 December 2013 Posted 13 December 2013 Or it could have been that he had a broken leg.
sylofox Posted 13 December 2013 Posted 13 December 2013 could be the same reason crystal palace didn't sign him in the summer as well Or something to do with his broken leg even.
st.ives blue Posted 13 December 2013 Posted 13 December 2013 I watched him play for 2 seasons at plymouth he came from man u on loan after breaking his leg . He started slow due to not been match sharp but when he did what a player, not the fastest in the world but a good target man holds the ball up well and knows where the net is.To me it would be a good addition .
sylofox Posted 13 December 2013 Posted 13 December 2013 So why are we interested if we are trying to cut our cloth? We don't have to pay a fee and would expect it will be short term till the summer with extension if he cuts it. Plus would expect it to be take it or leave it and not huge figures.
jammie82uk Posted 13 December 2013 Posted 13 December 2013 Or it could have been that he had a broken leg. Or something to do with his broken leg even. they stated he wasn't going to be fit till october and they was gonna sign him on a pay as you play deal
Soar Fox Posted 13 December 2013 Posted 13 December 2013 they stated he wasn't going to be fit till october and they was gonna sign him on a pay as you play deal They then probably decided that they needed strikers available straight the way and signed 4 new one's instead.
sulfoxide Posted 13 December 2013 Posted 13 December 2013 I work in Blackburn & have been told today that SEB has been training with Burnley all week. I do not know how reliable this is, but the person is a real sports fanatic

AyewJoking Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 Cant hurt to take him for the rest of the season but its hardly a signing that would make us look serious about promotion.
Wakeyfox Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 We could sign Ronaldo tomorrow, but it won't stop our winter period slump and plummet down the league. Oooh, you're a little ray of sunshine.
Lineker's Left Foot Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 Well that's the $64,000 question isn't it? If this guy is match fit, he'll be a devastating signing IMO
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 Well that's the $64,000 question isn't it? If this guy is match fit, he'll be a devastating signing IMOWas certainly a very good player a couple of seasons ago
Zingari Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 does anyone know if there's much chance of this happening yet ? he looked very good a few years ago at plymouth
Candidcamera Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 Not our type of player and no more likely to get goals than any of the others. Let's give Gary Taylor-Fletcher a chance.
Wilson_6 Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 does anyone know if there's much chance of this happening yet ? he looked very good a few years ago at plymouth Gingerfox reckons hes signing next week!
DennisNedry Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 Crying out for a powerful striker who is good in the air today. Nugent and Vardy wasteful yet again.
MPH Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 He'll be our 4th signing this season. It's not bad going really for a team that supposedly has FFP holding us by the short and curlies...
Nick Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 Gingerfox reckons hes signing next week! I hope he's right.
Tuna Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 From his wiki In 2008 Ebanks-Blake was charged with causing actual bodily harm to a doorman in an incident at a Plymouth nightclub on 11 November 2007 while a Plymouth Argyle player.[43] He was subsequently fined £1,350 with £650 costs and £500 compensation by Plymouth Crown Court on 4 July 2008, after admitting to having attacked the doorman with his girlfriend's handbag causing a three-inch cut to his head.[44] In March 2013 he was arrested and questioned by police in Birmingham on suspicion of witness intimidation but released without charge.[45]

Hahahahaha!!! Gerrimmin!
wight88 Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 Another gangsta wannabe then, just what our dressing room needs.
XLM Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 Would 100% rather him come off the bench than GTF. He's at the age where he should be reaching his prime - I can imagine he'd be pretty determined to show that. I can't imagine his wage being massive, and would definitely provide another dimension to our game.
cambridgefox Posted 14 December 2013 Posted 14 December 2013 Another gangsta wannabe then, just what our dressing room needs.Believe you me,you want to be on the right side of his family.Luckily one of the relations used to do some work in an office I used to work in and I got on really well with them(,before I knew who she was related to.)One day in town she introduced me,I shat myself just talking to them.Seemed nice but it's a well known fact in our parts that you don't upset them, although this was many years ago. They might have settled down.Would love this to happen for footballing and hometown reasons.
