The I Love Lloyd Dyer Thread.

Thing is with Lloyd is he can be very hit and miss. There's always going to be frustrating moments, but also going to be some great moments. He clearly loves the club and loves playing for us. He tries his best, enjoy the good times. Even when he's frustrating he's dangerous and scares the crap out of defenders.

I absolutely love the guy, he can just be so frustrating. On his day he is unplayable. On others you just want to smack him. Regardless, he gives everything to this club and I hope he sticks around for as long as possible and goes into coaching at the club past his playing days.

lol at kingfox's thread being merged into here

I'm kind of glad, takes the limelight off me being called a faggot.

Even though TBJS is a proud one himself.

The biggest accolade I can give to Lloyd is hes the ONLY player (except Kasper) who is irreplaceable in the 4-4-2.

If Drinky/James are injured, in comes King or Hammond.

Wasyl could replace Moore/Morgan.

Schlupp can deputise for Konch.

Wood for Vardy/Nuge

Even Gally could probably do a job on the right side.

The alternatives arent as good, but could come in, if needed and deputise.

No-one can do what Dyer is doing. This is why he's my player of the season so far.

In the 442, where Lloyd is the outlet hes possibly our most important player. If he's out injured, I think we'd really suffer.

God knows how Sven didnt see this.

Today only added tinsel to the Christmas Tree.

Throughout his time here, he's always been the hardest player to mark and potentially the most dangerous and its perhaps significant that we're top of the league now that he's most involved.

Mind you, it also helps that he's got better, more consistent and more threatening players around him because teams find it harder now to double-up in trying to stop him.

The bonus is that, for all his pace and individual ability, he's a team man through and through. He'll try to do what he's asked tactically, he'll defend responsibly. accept disappointments and give everything he's got even when he's getting caned by the crowd.

Legend? No question in my mind.

Have always liked him a lot. Noticed during the Reading game actually, if it was the other way round and some oppo player was doing what he does, we'd all be shitting it and desperate to sign him. He's bloody brilliant. Even when he shoots wide or puts in a poor cross, he's usually skinned the full-back first.

Just think of all the shite, one-paced wingers we've had down the years who could never beat anyone for pace.

He's brilliant, can look so inept one minute then produce that out of nothing.

You can't help but like him, his attitude and his style :D
