It would bounce around the inside of calf muscles before he was in control of the ball. Looked like he was trying to do step overs. What a player. I hope they do, but you're probably right I'd be charging them extra as you don't want to be selling your best players do you?? We don't want to become a selling club if we want to push on and to be honest, knocky would prob fetch 3-4m as we're in the championship, after half a season in the prem (so a years time) his worth should go up if he continues to progress, so they can clear off for now IMO
Ric Flair Posted 7 January 2014 Posted 7 January 2014 Knockaert isn't far off being Premiership class, I feel the last few months he's developed from erratic to a more reliable performer. He's getting better defensively and his decision making skills are more efficient. He's always been a match winner but now he's doing it more often and I can see him getting another 5-10 goals before the season is out. I'd be surprised if anyone made a huge bid for him just yet, which is what it would take for us to sell him right now. Absolutely love the man.
